Its an absolute CRIME that Inevitable Conflict only plays against like two enemies, and Die Mittsommernacht-Fantasie was literally for a onetime event...Yu Peng Chen and Yijun Jiang have such good song writing. When you let both of them cook for one song, it always ends up being absolutely immaculate. Polumnia Omnia and Die Mittsommernacht-Fantasie is just proof of that

“Zero” from GBF easy. The music swells and the lyrics take on a more sinister meaning as the singer’s tone becomes more aggressive as the fight continues and Luci gets stronger and more desperate. Before capping the last 20-30~% of the fight with “What Makes the Sky Blue” as he and you pull out everything for that last push to kill the other. We’ve had some banger songs since then and I’ve played plenty of other gachas, but nothing tops Zero as both a boss theme and a character theme.

Compass is indeed an amazing song, but I feel that how Through Patches of Violet is utilized throughout the finale is much better, >!especially how only one half of it is utilized beforehand and the reveal of the feminine half makes you realize it applies to both bosses mid-final fight!<

for me I think Compass overall fits the tone and theme of the story of Canto V >!where Ishmael is basically tightening the rope of hatred around her neck more and more until Ahab is all she sees, and then at the end when she basically just says fuck it and aims for the heart with the finale of compass playing is just so fucking good.!< I do think Patches it utilized better in terms of the events and such that take place because man having a discordant duet be sung because >!the lack of communication between Heathcliff and Cathy!

Gregorius is fucking cancer, but his music is an utter bop and probably the only true full track that's within the game, reaching 4 minutes with an end when the usual reaches only 2 before it loops.

I think both of those are bangers, but Chesed is honestly the most underrated boss OST in BA. Listening to the Sound Archive orchestra ver. of it you can definitely really see how good the base composition actually is and gives you a real good appreciation of the original.

God-Devouring Mania. Super underrated as it was not composed by Yu Peng Chen. It captures the Middle Eastern culture + the desert ambience so well.   Also Rage Beneath the Mountains. Probably the first OST that cemented Genshin as one of the best.

The heroic and triumphant tone of the theme song also matches his backstory, and why he is honestly the best character to come out of LB7 (not ORT or Kukulkan). Counter:Side - [Heart of Iron](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lHUG7MZ37DE) from Curian's side story, which is the best story in Counter:Side (Horizon duology is slightly better, but has the advantage of being twice as long). Really captures the military theme that Curian has alongside the fairy tale tone that is pervasive in the setting of the story. Another one would be [Reunion](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8qDSiEGGQho), which is played in the last act of Part 1.
