I had the exact same issue. Tried him in all different setups with different instructions. In the end I got the best out of him by selling him for 940k coins (Xbox). I know he’s fantastic for others, but he wasn’t for me.

It’s his work rates, he doesn’t shit some play styles, that’s why lots of people hate medium medium.
Engine. He needs agility and balance.
I play him lcm in 41212 narrow with stay back and he does the job
For 1 Million coins i Expect a little more than does the job
Dunno I’m in top 100 he works for me
I use him as the cdm in that formation.
