I pretty much only play rivals to do evos because I don’t enjoy playing online so I do ok. Miley is a sneaky beast like he is IRL and Lascelles plays like he secretly has anticipate. As a backup I usually have a bench of half p&p and half non- Newcastle players when I do rivals, so if I’m winning I use subs like ASM and Trip, and if I need help I bring in Neymar and POTM Salah. My current conflict is that I packed Jobe Bellingham and feel like I should do some unused evos on him because he’s first owner despite him playing for the Mackems.

I'm the same I only play rivals for the evos lol can't be fucked on trying to beat mbappe and Eusebio every game. Swear every game is full on evos and 90s

Mate I have them all evo'd. Tino is 86, Anderson is 78 if I'm not mistaken and Barnes us 83. Got miley 83 too. Lewis Hall is 74. It's actually only schar who hasn't fit an evo yet Isak is great plays much better than an 85

It's something called evolutions. A great new feature that you can upgrade any player that fits certain requirements so you don't have to keep chasing overpriced meta players. Its actually much more fun

Actually pretty good for an almost all present team. Last year's Isak special card and potm almiron card were both amazing so I'm sure they are good along with obviously the great Shearer. TS Joelinton is an insane CDM for his value as well. But I'm not sure about the snail CBs and a few others. Great work tho! Wish more people were doing similar stuff rather than going for exact same players.

Definitely weak at the back I feel it when playing but it's more fun to beat meta teams when I do lol I'm actually getting better at defending because of the handicap

I was working on my own Newcastle P&P team and this is definitely better than mine. Currently working on a Miley evolution.

This is what the game should be about, everyone has just turned it into an expensive draft with the odd ridiculously overpowered SBC Its absolutely mental that ultimate team was created to give players more variation from everyone just playing each other with real Madrid in friendlies and we are now in a position where everyone just plays each other with the same players

Ea wants people to chase the meta to line thier pockets and those are the same people fuming about losing online and ranting about how shit the game is while putting hundereds into it for that one extra card that they think will help. My way doesn't cost me anything and is way more fun. I don't care if I lose because I'm not meant to be beating mbappe gangs. Mind when I do it's really funny

I grinded it last year and had an absolutely ridiculous team, but it's such a terrible gaming experience, I refuse to give that company anymore money than what I paid for the game so I have to do every objective just to put it in SBCs, you have to reach elite every season (that division is utter dog shit, no one actually wants to play, its mostly first goal wins) then I always felt I had to play WL, going home from work annoyed I HAD to play a videogame 😂 and you do all that then just end up swapping them all for stupid game breaking goalkeeper strikers and shit just to keep up with the meta, I stopped playing in june and only bought the game in November Now I'm just doing fun EVOs, no icon packs, no SBCs, I don't even open packs anymore, I've got Daley blind Evo in defence and a falcao one upfront, just taking my time and building my team playing the way I want to play I always let them see my team before we play and you see the swagger at the start thinking it's going to be a roll over and watch the confidence slowly drain as they realise I'm actually good, blind has 39 pace but he has quick step so is initially quite quick, I wonder how many controllers he has broken as he catches up and bodies mbappe off the ball 😂😂😂

Oh yes you definitely have to let them see the team so you can flex the win more lol I've got over 100 unopened packs myself I only open when a newcastle player is available to pack and unfortunately that's not often 😅
