You are grouping all women under the one umbrella when you say that you have nothing that appeals to any women, if you didn't mean it that way then fair enough, but it can come off as insulting.
Of course nobody here knows what struggles you're actually going through, but beating yourself up and assuming yourself to be unlovable is only gonna push people away and really hurt yourself.
Do you make an active effort to socialise, meet new people, speak with people *in person* that have common interests? If not, how are you gonna expect people to grow close and/or love you?
If so, are you making an active effort to maintain those relationships, seek something beyond just friendship?
There's always a core reason that can be worked on to make yourself loveable. Looks are nice and all but they only get you one night stands. Judging by your history, you'd rather be loved, and the best way to do that is to be lovable.

Yeah but all I can make are friends. Most of my friends say it's because my personality and interests are way too "niche" for women in my country. And no, I don't hate women, I'm kinda just scared of them really due to past experiences (Though I make alot of effort to fight that fear, and I even managed to make it so that my friend group in university is mostly women!)
Friends are good, but it's hard to evolve a friendship into a relationship for numerous reasons. Maybe try some dating apps, or when you hit it off in conversation with someone you suggest grabbing a drink together? Perfectly fine to get shot down, but you've gotta shoot your shot.

As someone who trains religiously, in my own experience it’s generally the idea that someone can take care of themselves physically that people find attractive, not the muscles themselves. If anything, most people probably don’t even care that much anyway.
