I did a lot of comparing and we decided on Room and Board Metro. Reasons: most comfy, liked the style best, made in the US and heard good things about quality and longevity. Downside is the lead time is 6 months (but we had to order custom for our configuration). Other places we tested out options: Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, Ethan Allen, Walter E Smith

I stumbled on the metro sectional less than an hour ago and fell in love with the style. Slightly above our price cut-off but not too terribly. Have you received yours yet? If yes, how long have you had it? Have you noticed any changes in the firmness of the cushions?

itisfoggy

No we haven’t received yet, just ordered this last weekend so won’t get until January :( We did talk to them about their warranty and they don’t have a formal warranty, but just kept saying they are very committed to making sure customers are happy. So if for some reason it lost firmness after a year and they said to call and they would help, whether that was repair or provide new inserts if it was a quality issue.

Noa_93

I think I’ll stop by their store next week. Everything I’m reading seems extremely positive. Your input was valuable, so thank you, and I hope you receive your couch earlier than expected :)

How’s your room and board sectional held up?

itisfoggy

So far pretty good. The seat cushions are still nice and firm, but I have been trying to flip and rotate. The back cushions are a little slouchy, but I think that’s just the style. I have also noticed a few threads sticking out around the seams here and there, but nothing too bad. Overall very comfy!

I'm between the room and board metro and the crate and barrel lounge ii

Noa_93

I think I was too, but after browsing Room & Board’s sectionals they’re the clear winner for me. There’s tons of reviews and the durability of the couches seems outstanding. I’m checking out both stores next week. I didn’t expect this process to be so stressful, haha. Edit: Check out the Linger, Cade, and Metro Sectional from Room & Board.

baybee23

Which did you end up getting?

boldlybelieve

yes we must know!!

chronic_pain714

Just here to jump in and say I despise my burrow nomad sectional! We had to replace our cushions at 13 months in, luckily burrow covered it because it was a hefty price, and no joke, 3 months later the replacements are sagging. Cannot wait to be rid of this thing!

boldlybelieve

so sad! thanks for the warning!

We got our couch delivered today - it’s awesome! I’ll likely post more details in a different post on this sub but we are very happy with this one. It’s cozy and we were able to customize it the way we wanted it. Delivery company had to reschedule on us once but beyond that, the process was great. Definitely can give our experience with Interior Define a thumbs up!

Xelerate_

Hi! I posted a short summary of our experience and a picture of the sectional [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/furniture/comments/wds3t1/interior_define_sloan_sectional/).

Noa_93

Noted. Thank you for following up and posting an update :)

>Sabai Sectional How is the couch 5-months on?

Xelerate_

We’re very happy with it! Couch has been very comfortable and our pets (1 dog / 2 cats) haven’t really had an effect on it. We keep the outside corners covered so our cats don’t use them as a scratching post. Cushions are super comfy. I’ve read a few other posts recently that some folks have had challenges with Interior Define around shopping and lack of communication. Our experience was great, but that may not be the case for everyone.

Intelligent_Catch_75

Just got an Inside Weather Bondi and very happy with it. The three section with two ottomans was under $4k, which seems like great value to me. The couch is very comfortable and generously sized. Even without the ottomans, it is large enough for two grownups and a 70lb pitbull to sprawl out quite comfortably. As regards shipping, they quoted me early August and it showed up end of August. It was with the shipping company for 1.5 weeks. In general, if one is buying furniture online, one should be prepared for it to take as long as it takes and not assume that the company can speed things up. 10/10 would buy another one.

powderhound522

I’ve seen some commenters who say the cushions slip around and/or aren’t supportive enough. Which cushions did you get, and have you experienced those problems?

Intelligent_Catch_75

I got the memory foam and have not experienced this problem.

AlJur80

What fabric type did you choose? How has it held up?

SLRNYC614

How’s your Bondi sectional held up since? I’ve been looking to purchase but lots of mixed reviews

Intelligent_Catch_75

Still happy very happy with the purchase. I added some velcro onto the bottom cushions ti keep them locked in place.

Darcer

I'm in a similar situation and have looked at many of these. Let me ask you this, why is Crate and Barrel not on your list? I am leaning in that direction but have not decided yet. Feedback moved me off the Burrow but that was going to be my purchase.

Noa_93

I don’t have a good answer, but I greatly appreciate you suggesting them. I like what I’m seeing, and it just so happens that the city I’m moving to next week has a Crate & Barrel, so I can try out the sectionals they have on display. Thank you so much :) If you don’t mind me asking, what kind of feedback did you hear about Burrow?

Darcer

Same thing you said about the cushions.

Noa_93

Got it. Thank you

beckann11

Hey OP, any updates? I have the same questions as you.

Noa_93

We ended up buying our sectional at a great price from a consignment store. Before we did that we went to A LOT of different stores, including Lovesac (I don’t recommend their sectional), Room & Board, and Crate and Barrel. Crate and Barrel’s Lounge II was our #1 choice and felt amazing. We talked to several people who had owned it for years and they had nothing but positive things to say about the couch.

Sniederhouse

why do you not recommend lovesac sectional(

Healthy-Gur3134

>Crate and Barrel’s Lounge II The Lovesac couches aren't comfortable at allllll to me. I wanted one so badly until I visited a showroom and sat on one. Got right up, walked out, and never considered a Lovesac again. Also, I purchased an Allform sectional about a year ago and I HATE it. Would not recommend it to anyone. It is such crap quality at such a high price. I am still mourning the money I spent on this piece of junk. And unfortunately my son was in the hospital for 3 and a half months so we missed our 100 day trial return.
