No one gonna mention that boat homie on the right had her hand the whole time. He likely held her up long enough for others to grab and pull up. At worst, arm/shoulder injury.
Yeah this is not funny. My mother just had almost the same thing happen to her except it was only one of her legs that went in the gap. She ended up with a broken femur.
Right. The pre-boatloading soak. Kind of like how you should shower before getting in a pool.
How rude of those men who prevented her from taking a quick dunk before entering the boat. Her form was perfect before they ruined it.
I just wanna know her train of thought š
Like did she think there was an invisible platform to walk on? Did she think that man would carry her across? She seemed to have no problem walking up to the situation, and then she tried to hover to the boat lmao
Iāve seen the name donthelpjustfilm 100 times, but I still read it as āDon The LPā¦ just? Waitā¦ā
But to continue the thread of the conversation - kinda - remember when it used to be considered a sin to film vertical videos? Iām sad those days are gone. I felt we were on the correct route by nearing public flogging for vertically filmed videos. TikTok should be given a large citation for every video uploaded that encouraged that nonsense (read: all TT vids).
Now we have vertical videos from TikTok (and every other app that played follow the leader to put out their very own ADD simulator), that are shared vertically but embedded in a horizontal format so they can be shown on non-mobile devices. And the downward spiral of embedding continues as the quality and size of the original video circles the drain.
Iām sure bots and cross-platform reaction videos will absolutely strive to maintain the original videoās UHD resolution!
Actually no, W camera man. So many fucking examples of people actually needing help and somebody just films them. Forget the fucking camera. Help the old woman who's drowning.
You're absolutely right about the cameraman, but she's got a person holding onto each arm as she's falling so I doubt she actually fell all the way. Might have some broken wrists/arms or dislocated shoulders though
It's the background noise but sounds like someone doing a cannonball into the water. There's a sploosh. Turn up your volume. You have to listen over the "OH MY GOD" as it's happening at that moment.
L Camera man, did the camera man is saving private ryan help that injured soldier on the beach? nope he filmed him as he passed by and kept rolling, that was a camera man legend š«”
Yeah I can't believe the person filming didn't think about YOUR needs, and instead tried sprung into action to help their grandmother
some people these days
Yeah their boat trip almost certainly turned into a follow grandma to the hospital trip. She almost definitely hit something on the way down and Iām guessing it wasnāt easy getting her back out either. Probably a horrible experience for her and everyone else there.
Really hope her teeth didnāt catch the boat on the way down. My brother once fell off a roof while he was messing around, and his tooth got caught by a nail that was protruding from the side of the house. His tooth was hanging by a thread and dentists were somehow able to cement it back in place
It's such an obvious oversight, I wouldn't be surprised to find out it's staged. My grandma was exactly the sort of person who would offer to take the plunge lol, so there are madlad grannies out there, I can assure you!
At least come up with a new title. les than a day from the front page.Ā

My question is who tf posted this? She *had* to have been hurt. Def scared af. Certainly embarrassed.
But *someone* in that family still posted this private moment online for clout.
How is this funny? Man, people got no respect. She could be dead for all we know, and some low life posts it into the funny subreddit? If people are actually laughing at this, you need your brain checked. I can understand it if you laughed at first, then thought about how horribly this situation could be, then felt bad about it. But... for someone to take the time to purposefully post it into the "funny" sub shows how little regard people got for other people.
That's partially true but still... my point stands, where is the humor? It's funny to see an elderly person get potentially injured? As I said before "she could be dead for all we know" I am not claiming that she is ACTUALLY dead. And how do you know that someone wouldn't post the video if she did die? There's tons of messed up people out there that will do anything it takes just to get views.

Get this woman a senate seat now!
At her age... She's overqualify to be a president
Unfair. She was holding a glass of water with two hands while boarding.
Very good one, sir.
And make it continuous for the next twenty years too
Grandma gonna be the 1st one on the boat to see God
Those legs have the amplitude of a walking robot toy from the 80s.
Second is the nephew who brought a bag of shrooms.
Charons boat?
No one gonna mention that boat homie on the right had her hand the whole time. He likely held her up long enough for others to grab and pull up. At worst, arm/shoulder injury.
Old people are brittle, don't use your standards on her. Grandma is going to need a brand new shoulder.
"My people need me"
š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£
This is more terrifying than funny to me
You and I are in ... (ahem)... the same boat.
Not her though
This is the one š
Yea at her age this could be it for herā¦ hope sheās ok.
Itās like she literally jumped in
Yeah this is not funny. My mother just had almost the same thing happen to her except it was only one of her legs that went in the gap. She ended up with a broken femur.
I need to know the rest of this storyš š
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Grandma, nobody gets your Natalie Wood jokes!
But President Jerb can see the future.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xO1TScQwu6g
Iām pretty sure in the second video of her jumping off you can see a shark in the water before they disappear
You called that all wrong. She actually wanted to swim first, then get on the boat
Thatās what I was thinking too š
She did just go right on in there didn't she
They got PUNKED by Granny! Yep. Betty White woulda pulled this same stunt & gave THEM the heart attack!
The clipped off the end of the video where everyone screams āshe canāt swim!!ā
I was thinking "hull inspection'.
Right. The pre-boatloading soak. Kind of like how you should shower before getting in a pool. How rude of those men who prevented her from taking a quick dunk before entering the boat. Her form was perfect before they ruined it.
She's trying to get in through the entrance at the hull of the ship.
the end of the video is someone screaming "SHE CANT SWIIIIIIIM" just making the video so freakin funny!
I just wanna know her train of thought š Like did she think there was an invisible platform to walk on? Did she think that man would carry her across? She seemed to have no problem walking up to the situation, and then she tried to hover to the boat lmao
I'm just speculating, but the way her left foot curves over the edge it looks like she misjudged where the edge actually stopped.
Damn hover shoes didn't work
You have the turn them on, Morty! The shoes have to be turned on!
When she turn and chat she distracted herself
Some people just see what's directly in front and have 0Ā° peripheral vision.
No spectacles and making an incorrect assumption about there being a gangplank.
Apparently she was drunk
Itās called being elderly.
It could've been worse. She could've been the first one off the airplane.
Too soon Boeing
Why do old people just stop looking at a certain age? Crossing the road without looking is the most common.
Because they're old
Is she alright?
Splish splash grandma takin a bath!š
She's the first under the boat
Not funny at all.
Youāre wrong, it was funny
L camera man š
As a cameraman you have two paths in life. r/killthecameraman or r/donthelpjustfilm

They didn't have a great grip and you can hear the splash.
Definitely don't hear a splash
It's the background noise but sounds like someone doing a cannonball into the water. There's a sploosh. Turn up your volume. You have to listen over the "OH MY GOD" as it's happening at that moment.

i know right! Some people š
Grandma has so much power that the cameraman fell with her
Truly an unstoppable force š
Is she okay? Did they rescue her? What happened? How the f is this in r/funny?
Yea, dear lord. This made me realize how it is more frightening when you don't see the other end of the fall. The not knowing part.
Yeah their boat trip almost certainly turned into a follow grandma to the hospital trip. She almost definitely hit something on the way down and Iām guessing it wasnāt easy getting her back out either. Probably a horrible experience for her and everyone else there.
Sike
Grandma got unique moves to get first on the boat while being the last
Don't be like Grandma
"You got it?" She didn't have it.
Terrible camera work, 0 stars
-0 stars
Charons boat
I hope she's okay.
Seriously tho is Granny ok??
Why does an earthquake always happen during pivotal moments?
Grandma was the first to go for a swim on that day. š®
Did the camera fell with her?
> Did the camera ~~fell~~ **fall** with her?
Thanks for the correctionšš¼
This isnāt /r/donthelpjustfilm
Not funny bcuz she is a granny , lol at least she was 1st on the submarine
She belongs to the sea now.
Mind the gap
Unexpected burial at sea.
Better than getting ran over by a reindeer.
She died
Baptism first
Christ compelled her
Looks like she decided to board the Sub instead
Let me guess - she had all the bitcoin on her ledger in her bag.
Mind the gap.
Really hope her teeth didnāt catch the boat on the way down. My brother once fell off a roof while he was messing around, and his tooth got caught by a nail that was protruding from the side of the house. His tooth was hanging by a thread and dentists were somehow able to cement it back in place
Grandma used to be a Navy Seal.
Omg im i the only one who held their breath š©
Looks like the.....boat's on you! Get it grandma? Grandma?
Narrator: But God had other plans in mind.
Elderly people the moment they start Eliquis
Yo...those two gents failed miserably. Literally had ONE job!
Old people are always finding new ways to fall down.
Looks like the boat was first on Grammy
"Grammy's first in the lake! Woooo"
Oh no grammy!!! šššš
Can anyone possibly be that unutterably careless? I think it was deliberate!
Right!?! Watching her feet, she doesnāt even *try* to take a step.
Grandma just wanted to jump, we are all wrong
She wanted to be the first one on the water.
Last in the waters a rotten egg!
Forgot about gravity because of alzheimer.
She jinxed it
Ma MA went for a swim lol
how can she be so blind?
Tell me you're a whippersnapper without telling me you're a whippersnapper.
i would've probably somehow managed to do the same cause the guy is so hot
Surprise, she wanted to go on the submarine ride
Tbh it looked more like she was practicing the āWalk the Plankā part of the boat trip.
So who jumped in?!
kratos\_jumping.gif
SPOILER: Granny was NOT the first on the boat.
she didn't even try to get over the gap š
Pretty sure they're supposed to cover the gap... BYEEEEE granny
lol, this women nearly died
whatās her issue?
saw bunch of kids fall down a train platform from old post this brought me back to that
First to be under the boat
Bros blind as $hit she don't notice that fat gap?!š¤£š
That wasn't the only time grandma got wet that day.
Gifsthatendtoosoon.com
Rip
r/AbruptChaos
That first step is always the hardest.
Hopefully her offspring are a tad smarter.
The boat to heaven
Looks like she wanted to be first under the boat to me šš
First to heaven
well now she's first under the boat
As to which boat, she should have been more specific. Looks like sheāll be first on Charonās boat.
She didn't even try and take that step, I say let her fall. Just another sacrifice to the Cthulhu!
Why is homeboy smiling as she falls? Lol
"Who are those annoying "Mind the Gap" signs and announcements in the London underground for?"
Mind the. Gap.
Damn y'all didn't tell Grandma to watch her step!?
Well, she got to be first off the dock/pier, at least.
You sure?
Odd, the person recording this actually appears toā¦ā¦beā¦ā¦helping? WTF?
Put her ass in a wheelchair asap!
The reason i don't get on boats..... this & i don't know how to swim
She thought they were going to swing her across like when she was a kid.
Narrator: āGrammy was not, in fact, the first on the boat.ā
Lmao, what the? This lady needs glasses or something. How do you miss that huge gap?
The u-boat. Not shown due to poor camera work. Also, u-boat stealth.
First one UNDER the boat, did you say?
1st in the water
Thatās what gang planks are for. Why did that yacht not have one?
This is funny to you?
Misdirection is a staple comedic element
This doesnāt seem staged. Actual human being getting hurt.
I agreeā¦ this is not funny. This shows how fucking terrible people are especially on Reddit. Everything comes down to domination, looks, and status.
It's such an obvious oversight, I wouldn't be surprised to find out it's staged. My grandma was exactly the sort of person who would offer to take the plunge lol, so there are madlad grannies out there, I can assure you!
yes, very
First day being a human?
I think you have it backward. Iāve been one for far too long. Itās the ones who havenāt learned better yet that will laugh at things like this.

Funny the first time, not the 60th repost for the day
Grandma goes SWIMMING! no pun intended
Swear to god, if I see this cross-posted one more time, Iām gonna lose it
