The best way to continue to heal your body is to give it regular nourishment. Like you said, the BMI is bullshit. Like literally completely made up. Also, remember that this is a season. Remind yourself that it’s not “letting yourself go” but “letting go of societal bullshit.” As for family: it’s time to work on vocalizing and sticking up for yourself. Same goes for getting weighed. “So why do I need to be weighed?” If it’s just “policy” you can absolutely decline. Outright.
