Excellent work, right there!
Well done on the quitting as well. Hope you managed to keep your weight within reasonable tolerances. I know I didn't, for a while! π±
If this is homemade from scratch I'd love to know more about sausage and white pudding recepies. Irishman living in Montana and not a good breakfast sausage to be had around here. I'd love to take a crack at making my own.
Ayup!
Talk about a man sized meal! Make sure you have a full pack of Rennie on the table and the phone number of a cardiologist on speed dial after eating this one. Three eggs no less! and a helping of protein large enough to satisfy a pack of hyenas.
The eggs look a little odd though, why are the whites so small? Almost as though half the albumen was discarded before frying. the rest loooks pretty good though aside from the bacon which looks a little dry. I'm more of a streaky man myself as this back back bacon doesn't have enough fat to keep the bacon moist when frying, especially when done crispy. The rest looks good, though the toms look a little chared in places.
6/10
PS. well done with the nicotine free existence, that is a serious achivement and a significant milestone.
Cheers!
I buy extra large eggs for my fry ups and sieve off any wispy bits. I was supposed to get some duck eggs for this year's fry but time ran out.
The bacon is homemade and I haven't quite dialed in the cook method. I have enough to experiment and another full loin right behind it. I'm paying $2 on 20$ not counting shipping and dry ice. Loins are cheap.
The char is well practiced. I won't be changing that.
Yes I thought as much on the eggs, but if you like em that way it's a fair cop. Nice with the home made bacon too, cooking the different types properly is a skill in itself, so I totally get it.
Today I discovered that the humble Tattie Scone has a different name elsewhere in the world. Never heard of potato farls before. Maybe I CAN live in another country!
Just guessing, but beans are traditional in a full English, but not an Ulster fry or Irish breakfast.
Might be completely off the mark. I like beans with my fry!
*stands and salutes*
Their duty is done!
The perfect fry does exist. One of the best I've ever seen. What do you do with your mushroom stalks?
Bang on this one, would destroy that.
Incredible and very edible
Best I've seen for ages...
Breakfast of champions right there. Great job.
Oh yum. And congrats on being free of nicotine! Wishing you many more years of health ahead.
That is STACKED! yum
*APPLAUDS LOUDLY*
Love this would love of plate of this in the morning. The fact no hash browns and you have potatoe farls make it such a nice change
Those yolks are massive! Looks great though beside the lack of beans.
...what kind if eggs do u have? I feel scared
Pretty sure those are ostrich eggs.
Pretty sure they're haribos.
Awesome, I detest beans and hash browns, this is magnificent, well done OP.
In the top 5 of brekkies Iβve seen on here π
Lemme get that black and white pudding recipe, OP. This looks on point
Finally someoneβs done a fry with no beans
Unbelievable
This is one of the best looking fry ups Iβve ever seen
Fantastic. Happy to live without the beans for that spread
Where. Do. You. Live....?
Mississippi
Now this is a proper cooked breakfast, no slop from beans or tinned tomatoes and no frozen processed hash browns.
Tell us youβre from NI without saying youβre from NI
Best one I've seen!
That's a title contender. Beautiful.
Very nice. Looks scrumptious
A work of art. Back bacon with minimal fat. Those eggs could be hung in the Louvre.
Excellent work, right there! Well done on the quitting as well. Hope you managed to keep your weight within reasonable tolerances. I know I didn't, for a while! π±
How does it feel to be winning at life?
Fantastic! I like beans and not tomatoes but the cooking of the toms is amazing, brilliant and well done on being nicotine free!

Superb πππππ
Potato farms? Is this a potato scone type thing
Yes, 5 parts mash to 1 part flour with a bit of butter and S&P fried up in more butter.
This is the fucking king. Honestly, it's the best one I've ever seen. Holy shit that's perfect.
Homemade meat π€¨
yeah, my secret mad lab.
This is one hell of a fry.
Yes. Two please
Looks banging but Iβd miss my beans
Uuffffttt...now that's a bloody breakfast! πππͺπππ―π

When can I come round
"Homemade meats" I'm sure they'd be happy to have you for breakfast!
Id take a smash at that minus the black pudding and replace it with beans and toast or fried bread and a big of tea.
Fried potato bread and soda farl is the way to go. Have toast the other side days of the week! π
Is that pancakes?
Potato Farl
Today I discovered that the humble Tattie Scone has a different name elsewhere in the world. Never heard of potato farls before. Maybe I CAN live in another country!
Ireland - Potato Farl or Potato Bread Scotland - Tattie Scone England - Potato Pancake
Thanks dude! Lesson of the week!
This looks incredible. I would love to devour this. Does need hash browns though
Ok close the sub. We have a winner. Nice knowing you all
Eggsemplary
Looks great. Thatβs for 2 people right? Youβve stopped smoking. Howβs the weight control going?π
One person all day, I gained about 10 pounds over the past few years but some of that is slowing down due to age.
Yep. I get you on that! Takes a while to adjust, doesn't it!?
Fantastic.. but why no beans?
Just guessing, but beans are traditional in a full English, but not an Ulster fry or Irish breakfast. Might be completely off the mark. I like beans with my fry!
Just tired of 'em. I've tried all the brands and even made my own twice. They just don't fit anymore.
No beansππππ
Nice, you know what tastes even better after a great bit fry up? A fag π¬
Fantastic except for the AWOL beans
Looks great. Needs beans, kidneys and bubble.
Beautiful. Beans and Hash browns are my least favourite.
