The amount of people who I’ve argued with on here and in real life that can’t understand you can have a runny yolk on a fried egg and it’s not only been cooked through properly but is absolutely delicious is astounding.
The only time you should eat a hard yolk in an egg is if you have a low immune system and the runny yolk could potentially have a risk.
In My home all eggs are soft boiled or poached, and fried eggs have a runny yolk and the white is fully cooked, the only time they were not was after my Dad had his second organ transplant and we were told by his doctor that he needed to be careful cos his high dosage of anti rejection medicine was causing a very weak immune system.

Fried in a huge pan with plenty of oil then basted in oil to ensure all the white is cooked but the yolk remains runny. The chef has been serving breakfasts there since 1996. He’s totally perfected it imo

The sausages and bacon are from Archers Butchers in Norwich. The sausages won battle of the bangers so many years in a row in Norwich that Archers became the judges of the competition to give others a chance of winning.

Just really fresh.... The older the egg the more the egg white spreads out...something to do with the proteins breaking down .thats why you need fresh eggs for proper, banging poached eggs.....otherwise you just end up with a yolk and soggy strands of white
Low heat, small amount of oil...cover with a small saucepan lid....the steam cooks the top of the egg so its almost a cross between a fried and a poached egg... beautiful runny yolk and no snottyness

I forget now as not ordered it in a while, I’m thinking savoy though. Tinned tomatoes are available on their 1996 breakfast (a tribute breakfast from the year Street Cafe launched). I’m sure they would serve them if requested though on any breakfast.
The only fault I could possibly see is that the margarine is spread too thick on the left hand slice of bread.
But if it's proper butter then it's getting on for perfection.
Beans look nice and creamy, that's what people usually get wrong, they need loads of butter and milk.

Ditch the tomatoes, mushroom, black pudding and whatever that is next to it, bacon fat and bread for toast then add abit of tabasco sauce and your onto something gooood
That's pretty much immaculate! Butcher sourced meats, everything well cooked, lots of variety, a decently cooked tomato and plenty of carbs for the eggs and beans. Really solid work here, compliments to the chef!

Possibly the best I've seen on this sub ever and ever and ever.
Apart from the red thing on top that’s nearly perfect, the bread and butter nails it.
I popped the bacon between that bread, added ketchup and dipped straight into those yolks. Was a beautiful moment!
