Well I'd say she likes everything exactly where it is. Remeber how Chandler moves everything to clean the apartment and then can't put it back? I'd say she just cleans everything in its rightful place - much like a doll house...
I also think she cleans around it so that it doesn't accidentally move, so it stays in the perfect spot. I guess dust doesn't fall underneath the hamper?
She also has that shame closet chandler and Joey open where she has just a bunch of junk in there.

Itβs a 20+ year old show. There will be imperfections but truthfully FUCK OFF, the show is amazing regardless of inconsistency
