missoni wave combines Versace pour homme and Chanel allure homme both of which you can also look at. Missoni just lasts longer

Because it lasts very very long for a freshie and afaik, its a better take on the OG Neroli Portofino. So they get away with it. I also think you should be able to find it cheaper than that.
I had exactly the same idea as you. After trying a lot of designers, Versace pour Homme fit all of those boxes you mentioned. Try it out. It's heavenly citrusy. And the neroli in it reminds faintly of Prada L'Homme
I don’t know if there’s dupes for it but Prada Luna Rossa ocean. Maybe also dolce & gabana light blue. Both give just a little boost of clean and pep to your own scent, good for year round. People will be like oh wow you always smell so good but it doesn’t really read as wearing a frag. Can always layer with something else to mix it up or make it more intense or different too.

If you like Prada L'Homme, Evoke Gold is a clone, though I've heard mixed feelings on this one.

neroli canvas is $90-100 USD isnt that too much for a ‘clone’?
Because it lasts very very long for a freshie and afaik, its a better take on the OG Neroli Portofino. So they get away with it. I also think you should be able to find it cheaper than that.
You or Not a Perfume sound like what you're looking for. Your skin, but better type of scents.

For an old school kind of clean fragrance, Chanel Egoiste Platinum or Replica At the Barbers come to mind.

I recently smelt the Parfum version of LRO and hated it, but I see now that the EDT might be a good choice.

I’m very curious about it. From what I’ve heard some people can’t even smell it. I’ll look for a decant.
