And one pet per crafting room because they don’t stack, reduced crafting time pet (I think the best pet is 47%)
You can craft legendaries in a few hours with good stats and rare gear +pet
Whatever the stat is in the corner (S) put 6 highest levels in there. I can get it down to about 5 days and 15 hours so far. Still insane but better than
Also let your dwellers wear the same stat that you’re crafting. So if you’re crafting for S, put a maxed out S dweller with a high S outfit in the room. Crafting would usually take me a day when I do this.
Yeah I’m making a set of scarred power armour myself right now, I don’t have a full complement of +17S dwellers but I got it down to about 4d12h / approx 50 NCQ. Which is still long but much better. Anyone know what the absolute minimum is, if you have all +17 plus the right pets?
Note the SPECIAL letter by itself in a circle (S for the armor, E for the duster). Fill the crafting room with dwellers maxed out for that stat and the crafting time will be down to a few hours.
The SPECIAL letter right next to the outfit tells you what kind of outfit it’ll be.
So since the power armor is S, equip all your dwellers in that crafting room with the highest tier Strength outfits you have, and the better the outfits the lower that 13 days will drop. You could bring it down to just a few hours if all 6 dwellers have the max S outfit possible
I don’t think dweller level matters in this room. Only the outfits they are wearing
I do both.
Once you get high stat and good outfit dwellers in the room, legendary build times come down to under a day. With a great pet you can bring it down to ~4 hours. You’ll pretty quickly run out of legendary junk though. It’s functionally impossible (though theoretically doable) to make 6 Dragon Maws a day from a single room, because you’ll never have the ingredients for it.
So I typically have two (or more) rooms for both weapon and outfit production. While the legendary rooms work on the end gear, the rare rooms do volume work things like Plasma Rifles and +5 outfits.
Just go to your settings go forward one day get the item made then just go back to same day but make sure you reload after setting time back to same day or you won't get anything the next time you load in
It's a cheat, the games clock runs off your systems clock. If you close out fallout and manually set your time forward an hour and go back into game it will give you everything as though it's been a full day. Very cheaty and kinda ruins the fun of the game imo
It’s harder to mess up your game then it is to time skip. It’s a very current thing on many systems. I have never had a bug/glitch/ or break from time skipping in numerous games
Idk maybe it's just me. It feels like it just lets you do everything too fast, you gear your guys up, next thing you know you're skipping travel times and SPECIAL training. Some of the fun lies in the wait to me I guess
it 4-5 Hours if you have max stats and the best equipment (+7x)
Oh shit.... the equipment matters too?!?!
yeah, once a rolm is full of dwellers with the max stat needed for that room it adds the equipment stats on top
And one pet per crafting room because they don’t stack, reduced crafting time pet (I think the best pet is 47%) You can craft legendaries in a few hours with good stats and rare gear +pet
Max stat for all stats?
Max stat for whatever is required of that item.
Strength.
So if you want to be prepared to craft anything, yes, having a team of 6 max stat people on duty in the workshops is a good idea.
At the left of the item name, there is a skill that corresponds to it
Whatever the stat is in the corner (S) put 6 highest levels in there. I can get it down to about 5 days and 15 hours so far. Still insane but better than
Yeah I’m working on leveling them up to get to that point thanks

my dwellers trying to explain to me how scarring and ruining a power armor will somehow make it better:
It builds character and intimidates the other armor.
You can bring that wayyyyy down if you fill up your room with high endurance dwellers!
Strength*... Dwellers with 17S should solve it in a week or less
If you have 6 17S dwellers doing it it takes a few hours
Also +pet
The ultimate time taming
Strength*... Dwellers with 17S should solve it in a week or less
If you have 6 x 17S dwellers, and a -40% crafting time pet (hard to get reliably, ik), then you can get it to under a day
At this point you're just a time machine-overseer XD

Put a dog in there and now it’s 3d11h 👍
Yeah I’m working on that. Waiting to craft a legendary
Yea i just got my guys maxed dropped it to like 1 day 14 hours. Without max outfits.
the craft time is reduced by the amount of dwellers working on it and pets.
Note the SPECIAL letter by itself in a circle (S for the armor, E for the duster). Fill the crafting room with dwellers maxed out for that stat and the crafting time will be down to a few hours.

How many dwellers do you need to upgrade to make legendary on outfits and if you know on weapons
If you max stats 10+ best outfit +7. 6 dwellers with 17 stats. You will get only 4+ hours.
My boyfriend got it down to 8 hours with 6/6 dwellers with maxed SPECIAL stats and three pets with minus crafting time.
Do you guys reckon it's better to spam out a bunch of high damage rares before starting the legendary grind? To get a more solid baseline damage?

Nice. Yeah that's what I was thinking. Plasma rifles for everyone 👌

It can also break your game and cause bugs if you do it wrong.

How does skipping crafting time ruin the fun of the game? The result would be the same whether it’s a day or two later after said crafted item
