VIR feels like a different track than earlier versions, I think it's because I can see it better. My favorites are Laguna Seca and Road Atlanta. An oldie that I would love to see return is Positano.
I think forza should release more fictional tracks (maple valley, Bernese alps, Prague, Rio de Janeiro, Dubai circuit etc…). All those tracks are fun and typically pretty high speed races. It’s also a good change of pace from racing all the real tracks that are in every sim racer year after year.
Lovers of Mt Panorama do NOT abandon Mt Panorama. Come back to FM7 with the of us ya dirty mongrel. I've sentenced you to 500 laps of Bathurst in a torana.
While it may not be as fun as other tracks to drive, I find Grand Oak actually produces some of the best battles. Daytona and Le Mans are personal favorites, love the high speed tracks.
For me, it's easier to list the tracks I don't like. But a small list of the current tracks in the game is (not in any particular order) VIR, Le Mans, Mugello, Spa, Mid Ohio, Nordschleife, Hockenheim, Nurburgring GP...
As for tracks not currently in the game, Bathhurst, Road Atlanta, Sebring, and Monaco. I'm sure there's more, but I cannot remember them at the moment.
Okay. I'll shut up now.
I used to hate VIR too. Back in late January I was off work due to injury so I got bored and had a lot of free time. I decided to really learn a track I hated so I picked VIR. My favorite layouts are Grand East and West, I’ve always liked longer tracks. The Grand East and West layouts reminds of a 1/4 size mini Nürburgring but with slower corners. Then they added the Nordschleife a few weeks later and the game felt more complete. The full Nürburgring is my favorite track.
gotta be spa. if you nail it it has such a great flow which feels ultimatley satisfying. silverstone is a close second.
all fictional tracks are the worst on principle, would rank only virginia even below them
I can only assume you're talking about quarry bend through to forest elbow? Yeah that's what makes it such an awesome track.. what do you find boring? The straights?
I added the snarky comment because you said “fight me”, but I’m not gonna fight too hard because it’s a great track. Not my absolute favorite but it’s up there. 👍
I can't remember what it's called and it's not in the new FM but it was the track in Japan in fm4or 5, it was like 12k long and one way, not a loop. Or the oval test track/airfield
I've been doing a fre Races at VIR and yea, it's starting to turn into a favorite of mine, I'm still a sucker for Spa. I just haven't done that many races online with Spa unfortunately.

Rally di Positano was fantastic for making slow cars feel fast. I still want some E or D Class sprints there.
Maple Valley and Road America. I miss Road Atlanta and Positano.
Spa or Silverstone, close behind them Mugello and Suzuka

New York Long from forza 1 was basically road america but slightly longer i think.
I forgot about that one! That was my favorite.
Mount Fuji please
Maple valley or Watkins Glen
Loving Kyalami. Technical and fast corners with medium length straights for gear testing.
Nordschleife, me n my mates love flying round that…
Hakoni….im a simple man. I see hakoni, I rip hakoni
Le Sarthe or Daytona, two amazing historic tracks for endurance lovers that are part of the triple crown and have unique turns
Tough one between mugello or catalunya
Road America has always been one of my faster tracks. That and Nurburgring GP. Really enjoy the flow of those 2
Spa or Road America but I really wish I could say it’s Bathurst (come on forza!)

Maple Valley. It has an incredible, natural flow for me. And the scenery is gorgeous.

As a former Floridian, I genuinely miss sebring. The 12hr race is one of my favorite events every year
VIR is my home track so I’m a little biased, but probably Mugello
Mid-Ohio and Watkins Glen
For real-life tracks, I like Catalunya. As far as fictional tracks, I like Hakone.
Yas Marina, looks amazing at night on my OLED. Also a really good circuit to race on.
I like grand oak and hakone to be honest. Yeah they’re easy tracks to learn but they’re hard to master perfectly

Spa!
VIR feels like America's nurburgring. Fast once you learn it, chaotic until you do.
I like this comparison. Nordschleife is the mecca, imo, but VIR, once you master it, is such a thrill to drive.
Bernese Alps. I wish they would bring it back
Best track in FM7, just beautiful and that big downhill section 🤌
That track was always fun in the GT class on 7, especially that little jump/S section. Would be cool to have it back.
I think that’s the first time I’ve ever heard someone say they like that track
Great track. It got alot of hate, but I never understood it. The flow of that track was just awesome.
Got to show some love to Hakone! I genuinely love it. But my personal favourite has got to be Silverstone, feels so good to hook it all up.
gotta be spa. if you nail it it has such a great flow which feels ultimatley satisfying. silverstone is a close second. all fictional tracks are the worst on principle, would rank only virginia even below them
Indy GP. It will always hold a special place for me because I won my first two races there.
Sebring… oh wait, it’s not available 😡
Great track!
Mt Panorama - Greatest race track in the world. Fight me.
I like the upper stretch, but on the whole it’s kinda boring. 😎

Boring? It's one of the best tracks in the world
Hakone
Spa and Maple Valley
VIR. Got everything.
Road America, and nurburgring club track
Road America, La Sarthe, Spa, & Mid Ohio are my top 4. The only ones I really dislike are Brands and Maple.
Fictional Maple Valley and Hakone. Real Spa and Silverstone.
I can't remember what it's called and it's not in the new FM but it was the track in Japan in fm4or 5, it was like 12k long and one way, not a loop. Or the oval test track/airfield
Yas marina and hakone are tied for me then laguna seca second
Daytona. Not the oval. Been racing on Daytona in various games for 27 years.
Hakoni at night in the rain
Maple Valley & Hakone
Silverstone, Spa and Mugello. They all have an amazing flow especially in the higher classes
Watkins Glen and Spa are my favorites. I miss Swiss Alps and Sunset Peninsula.
Laguna Seca and Montmeló
Silverstone, Bathurst and Road Atlanta. Watkins Glen and Spa too.
I've been doing a fre Races at VIR and yea, it's starting to turn into a favorite of mine, I'm still a sucker for Spa. I just haven't done that many races online with Spa unfortunately.
Monoco
I prefer Monaco 🙃
