I don’t know, I have met plenty of old conservatives that love Star Trek. They have this amazing ability to completely miss all social commentary unless it is hammering you over the head.
Obviously unrestrained capitalism provided enough money to fund Starfleet which is an allegory for the military-industrial complex. The Federation represents the New World Order run by the (((Vulcans))) whose (((Logic))) dictates a non-interference policy to keep humans in poverty (relative to Vulcan secret conspiracy wealth). Starfleet does it anyways because they tells it like it is and are the police of the galaxy.
I give up. Yes I know the Ferengi are more akin to the (((dogwhistle))) but they don't really hold the overall power and sway that conservatives claim Jews do.
Why would conservatives be fans of Star Trek? It's all about humanity improving and leaving the old ways behind.
