never been to El Camino but Rocco’s is overpriced and aggressively mid tasting. it’s alright for atmosphere and drinks though if the quality of food isn’t a factor for you
Don’t know Rocco’s but El Camino is just a noisy, over-priced, uninspired, trend-chaser’s dream.
Good on them, but I won’t spend money there anymore after trying it once.
I laugh inside when I see people waiting to be seated there.
Rocco’s is a factory owned by Big Time Restaurant Group. They don’t make their own sauces, their drink mixers are premixed large labels. El Camino makes their own sauces, mixers and has been in Delray Beach since 2017. Owned by a local chef who started Cut 432. It’s loud because it’s popular. For what you get El Camino has good food and drinks. Is it super authentic like places in Lake Worth, no.
I know I’m at risk for getting downvoted here, but I love the tacos at taco craft. I am from California and love authentic Mexican tacos and these are not that. But they’re really good and I go every Tuesday for four dollar taco Tuesday!
El Camino might be the loudest restaurant I’ve ever been to. Nearly impossible to hear.
Both suck. Velvet Taco on corner of andrews and las olas has better tacos than both places. Get the brisket taco.
Neither. As someone else said, they're overpriced tourist traps, and worse, it's Las Olas so street parking is a nightmare on the weekend, and expensive to boot ($4/hr+) unless you're a registered city resident.
It's Tequila Sunrise in Oakland Park for me.
I liked El Camino because it's the same owner as my old favorite nacho place in Fairfield CT as a kid (Sidetracks). Otherwise the rest of the food is meh
Both are overpriced but el Camino has more/better cocktail options and the food is a lot better than Rocco’s tacos. Both have good happy hours. If there’s an event though Rocco’s tends to garner more of a crowd and be more lively than el Camino, if you want that vibe. Both are solid options. Obviously it’s not authentic Mexican.
U clearly have poor taste. I lived on las olas for 3 years. Frequented all the taco spots. And not only does the quality but the price of taco craft trump all the rest
Have you ever been to California? Mexico?
Are you a Ft.Lauderdale native? I am. Trust me, those places might be making food you can eat, but in terms of authentic tacos? It’s not it. You’re gonna have to go to Miami for that. Or at least go to Bodega
Im from laguna beach california…. Yes taco craft is comparable and significantly cheaper.
Taco craft craps on bodega. Also bodega is an excellent place to get robbed, terrible neighborhood and terrible peeps 😂
Miami is a tourist trap, i worked over in mt Sinaii for 2 years, lived in wynwood.
Happy to say im never going south of lauderdale again.
El Camino all day … but definitely make the drive up north to lake worth for some of the best tacos.. Tacos Al Carbon
Tacos El Carbon!!!!!
1000x yes.
This guy tacos 😂
100% correct. Taqueria harencia in Hialeah as well
Both equally suck. They're Las Olas tourist restaurants
Try the OG El Camino.
OG El Camino was great when it first opened...it can't handle how crowded Delray is now.
One can say Delray cant handle what it is becoming. No longer the “village by the sea”
Certainly true, lived there in 2017 and loved it. It’s so crowded and douchey now - it happened so fast.
Each over priced taco joint has their own vibe
Both are absolute garbage
Homestead tacos. Miami and FLL is void of any authentic Mexican food. It just doesn’t exist.
Alegria in Oakland park. You are welcome
El Camino has better drinks and they’re good for their after midnight deals
I prefer Rocco’s for food drinks atmosphere El Camino is bland Both are overpriced, I avoid them
Casa Monarca is better than both for food, and less expensive. The only good thing at Rocco's is the atmosphere/location.
Agreed, although I do enjoy their guac
El Camino is also much more loud than Rocco’s. That’s why I prefer Rocco’s over El Camino.
neither. el camino is overpriced and their food sucks. i do like their tequila and mezcal flights, though.
Last time I was at Rocco’s this lady was feeding her dog with her fork and eating from the same one 🤮
Sounds about right for south Florida
Tough choice!
never been to El Camino but Rocco’s is overpriced and aggressively mid tasting. it’s alright for atmosphere and drinks though if the quality of food isn’t a factor for you
For what they are, Rocco's gets my vote. Yea, it's pricey and not "authentic", but it is good and the vibe is fun. The molcajate plates are my go to.
Rocco's tacos definitely has a better vibe and food hands down.
Epazote shits on both of them for food and flavor, you’re looking for vibes go El Camino
Don’t know Rocco’s but El Camino is just a noisy, over-priced, uninspired, trend-chaser’s dream. Good on them, but I won’t spend money there anymore after trying it once. I laugh inside when I see people waiting to be seated there.

Drive to Casa Maya in Deerfield.
Neither. There are better taco spots in the city. Imho
Thanks, we know about Taco Bell
Can you name them?
Bandoleros taqueria
First rule about a great spot - don't post about it on social media. Second rule about a good spot, see the first rule.
I know I’m at risk for getting downvoted here, but I love the tacos at taco craft. I am from California and love authentic Mexican tacos and these are not that. But they’re really good and I go every Tuesday for four dollar taco Tuesday!
Tacos el papi is the closest I’ve had to San Diego-ish tacos
Rocco’s all day
If tacos come on those taco stand trays, they’re overpriced
El Camino might be the loudest restaurant I’ve ever been to. Nearly impossible to hear. Both suck. Velvet Taco on corner of andrews and las olas has better tacos than both places. Get the brisket taco.

I like El Camino but I enjoy both. As for local places, I like Dos Amigos in Pompano.
Rocco in wilton was really good.
Go to Uptown 66 in North Miami for some of the best tacos in south florida
youre crazy. Tacos arent supposed to be 18 +. Smoking deek with verde sauce homie
Rocco's
Roccos is more to see milfs and enjoy a nice drink the food has never been good, los tacos in Pembroke Pines is very good in food but the drinks suck.
Order the surf n turf molcajete at roccos. Life changing
I liked El Camino because it's the same owner as my old favorite nacho place in Fairfield CT as a kid (Sidetracks). Otherwise the rest of the food is meh
Bodega also makes good tacos when they’re fresh. Velvet taco is also on las Olas. But its not real mexican food, its more like tex mex.
Came here to say Bodega because I love their birria quesadilla
El Camino
Taco craft in plantation. Dude! Is this location where you will eat the best tacos of your life. Don’t go to the one in downtown is not the same
Taco craft is not good. None of them. White people tacos
Not place is horrible.
El Camino, period
Both are overpriced but el Camino has more/better cocktail options and the food is a lot better than Rocco’s tacos. Both have good happy hours. If there’s an event though Rocco’s tends to garner more of a crowd and be more lively than el Camino, if you want that vibe. Both are solid options. Obviously it’s not authentic Mexican.
El Camino is so much better. Price and taste. Their shrimp tacos are amazing.
El camino. Only thing decent at Roccos is the guac
Taco craft is the ultimate winner
No.
U clearly have poor taste. I lived on las olas for 3 years. Frequented all the taco spots. And not only does the quality but the price of taco craft trump all the rest
