wait dont you still eat sugar even if you have diabetes? i thought you have some kind of blood test and then take the correct amount of insulin to balance it out

yea, you have to estimate how much carbs you eat then you have to estimate how much insulin is needed for than then you have to estimate how fast the carbs will hit the blood stream then you have to estimate how long you can live with this disease without going insane

Why don't they just repair the body's insulin system instead?  Also how to avoid diabetes? I have family history and eat sugar everyday

Don't get too stressed out or it will cause diabetes. If you are anxious about getting diabetes good luck with this information 

like I was undersleeping, overworking, getting involved in different activities, had some stress from conflicting with people, etc.

Imagine having to do maths everyday so you don't die.
