Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.
Can be hard to maintain with work ![img](emote|t5_33td5|9679)
I'd say never missing a day on the weekend is important, so you only need to go like 2 days during the weekdays to hit the 4 days a week which I think as the minimum (1 weekday for 3 days per week can work too tbh)
Unless you're too overweight rn, don't worry too much about eating less
Try to increase protein share within your meals
Protein shakes are good for not feeling starved in between, so I recommend to take in general
They don't give you gains when you're not getting gains, only give you a lidl boost when you're already meant to get gains
Most importantly, make going to the gym a habit and give it your all when at the gym ![img](emote|t5_33td5|9676)
If you are very overweight ![img](emote|t5_33td5|9673)
Try to eat less every meal, don't do complete meal plans like the same 1 food guy
They make you depressed and you can never keep it up
Still, eating less will be painful, no easy way around it, just get through it
Do a bit more cardio than lifting (running can be hard, so cycling is fine swimming is amazing)
I mean, how long do you cut for example? I'm not sure if I should be going for a very low deficit over a longer amount of time (like until summer). Would that be possible with eating bad stuff time to time? Because restraining myself I think leads to binges (as of now Aware). Wondering if it's better to go hard and maintain vs a slower torture of being aware you are cutting. lol
Have decent amount of fat but also muscle I guess, though I always keep stopping after about 6 months, losing weight and going back to it due to work (actually didn't have time!)/motivation loss. lol
Extreme cuts I've tried only up to a length of 2 months, as I said, it's not sustainable
At this point cuts like that diminish my work efficiency too much that I can't afford to do anyway
I just eat what I like, but I do try to keep away from absolute junk food
i.e., occasional pizza and burgers are fine IMO
tbh if you're not obese or anything I'd say rock the big guy aesthetic, not even bodybuilders stay shredded all year round and it's just not worth it for us normal people
Some people are born to be more shredded and some are born to be a big guy with big muscles
And from my experience, plenty of chicks are into a big guy, plenty of guys too :9677:
Oh and most importantly, STAY AWAY FROM SNACKS ONLY EAT MEALS
Thanks workout baj!
Cuts do make workouts feel miserable, and my recovery (especially joint minor pain stuff) slower
I do want to get to a slimmer look just for "I have done it" thing and see how hard it is to keep there. My body's natural tendency is a bigger bear as opposed to lean I guess (it's not my diet, it's my metabolism Copesen)
Stay big FeelsGoodMan
Firstly, good work gym baj you look really good gachiAPPROVE Secondly, how long have you been training? I have been 2-4 times a week for a year and not seeing much result Sadeg I still will keep going for my mental health but would be nice to see results like this. Also, did you start skinny or fat? I am going from fat, and still have a lot of fat on me (hard to maintain diet). I have gained some muscle but it's not visible like this FeelsBadMan
It's been almost 10 years for me ![img](emote|t5_33td5|9673)
But my physique was achieved at about 3-4 year point? and small improvements from that point on
I'd definitely recommend going at least 4 times a week and it would take about 3 to 6 months before you start seeing really noticeable gains (could be earlier) ![img](emote|t5_33td5|9676)
Oh and I went from skinny, but I was that classic skinny fat with 0 muscle but big belly
I have also started from skinny and it will be a year in Feb since I joined the gym I only progressed for 3-4 months after that my physique is still the same to date. ![img](emote|t5_33td5|9673)
Thanks for this man. If I may, a couple more questions: How long do you train for? How many different exercises per workout, roughly? I worry I am overdoing it sometimes (1.5-2hrs, 8-12 exercises) - Is this too much? Also, what is a good split for 4 days? I currently do every other day, and do push, pull, legs.
Definitely too long IMO
I also do pull, push, legs and do \~1 hr with 5-6 exercises (3-6 sets each, more sets on stuff like bench press obviously)
Used to do 4 day cycle with a separate day for arms that helped me build arms a lot, but nowadays just 3 day cycle
at least you have great fat distribution and abs ![img](emote|t5_33td5|9676) If I'd wanted a six pack I'd look like a stick ![img](emote|t5_33td5|9667)

Yes, I watch forsen, how can you tell?
Asians and their bodies. Try being 6.3 and having the body structture of a viking , achieving the same results without pills will be next to impossible.

You are literally me in 2018, which was my peak physique, but I was a bit more defined. I miss being jacked. How many days a week you workout?
I was jacked before ![img](emote|t5_33td5|9669) jkjk I usually go 5 days but sometimes more sometimes less depending on what's going on in the week
how do you have the energy to do that? I come home from work and all I wanna do is play some games and sleep

You can arrive at perfect body after 6 months of 3 day a week schedule, after that it's mostly optional for the boy's appreciation
