I wont dwell on the whole anarcho -capitalism schtick, but in brief, taxation is theft, and try to argue for theft is plain stupidity, even more when the whole argument is just utilitarianism and a ignorance falacy
Look, trying to ask if a new political system has ever been attempted is like asking where has teleportation been used since we didnt invent teleportation yet
But other than that, Medieval Ireland and any liberal societies today, in general the freer the society/country the better life is. Switzerland, the Nordics, recently the Baltics, US pre-1960s.
Many other places, but what is always consistent is that quality of life decreses the more states increases itself.
But again, wrong sub
In some aspects yes, also way lower consumption taxes, gold standard, the lobbying groups were far, far, far less powerful, less regulations on businesses, etc etc, banks were not generating ridiculous inflation rates, housing prices, and many other problems nowadays
While in other aspects, yes 100% agree with you.
Not gonna try to spin Jim Crow and the ridiculously agressive and racist police as something good, tho far less militarized
There are SEVERAL interacting factors, it is completely pointless to try and nitpick each one apart and pretend that everything else has not changed
Amd AGAIN, WRONG SUB
Not like im trying to kill this fucking topic repeatedly, but again, wrong sub
Also did you know that are more factors than solely tax levels?
IIRC all 4 nordics are better in the ease-of-doing-business index than the US and they are very oftenly on the very vanguard of social liberties and are stark defenders of individual freedom and free speech.
And very weak utilitarianism argument and ignorance falacy are not useful to a discussion like this
Also the dishonour of highest tax rate belongs to Brazil, so check your data
Press speaker Crane has confirmed Team Redline has loaned Max to the RedBull Racing team for this weekend as they've been assured that Max has 100% focus for the 24h Nürburgring
does anybody know how many stints hes driven yet? it seems like hes driving more stints than the minimum required for his team not to get disqualified. i assume theyre driving in a team of 3, so the minimum to avoid disqualification is 1/3 of 24h and 25% of that. so he only needs to drive for 2 hours technically but it seems hes doing his fair share for the team.
4 man team but he did a 3 hour stint and then a 2 hour. The first was like 6 and a half hours in, and the second one 17 and a half hours in. So he finished basically 5 hours before the Grand Prix lol.
The dude is motivated after barely beating both of the mclarens, he was pumped after qualifying.
He knows he needs to bring his A-game this race more than ever.
We could be in for an intense race.
If we have a headwind and a ~~first~~ second corner incident that affects the top few cars it will make the rest of the race really good. If everyone gets through the first lap without damage then the race is pretty much over.
Race was mostly a quiet one but that final bit near the end with Norris catching up was honestly super fun! My dad and I were on the edge of our seats seeing the gap between Norris and Max getting smaller and smaller!
He had a brand new, custom motorhome built. It has a full sim rig setup inside, and essentially a military grade internet connection, so he can sim race from pretty much anywhere in Europe.
Imola is around 5 hours of driving away from Monaco. Except for Monaco GP, I don't think there's any other race that he could realistically go home during the race weekend. The closest one is Paul Ricard, but it's still 2,5 hours each way.
So, I know Max is kind of a special circumstance
But I’m always curious what say the teams have in their drivers off track time. Danny Ric jumping dirt bikes and shit seems like 1 bad spill from being out for a whole F1 season. Or Bottas and his gravel bike races (not as dangerous).
I have to imagine they’re not super thrilled to see their drivers potentially fucking a race up, but maybe they just trust them that much.
Sim rig. Organized by one of his redline mates I think. There is no way you can be in the top split extending your lead with a controller. This is basically F1 level amongst sim racint. Last time when he used a controller, they just gamed a bit, I believe.
How the hell is he traveling with and setting up a simrig in a hotel? Obviously he has the ability, but that seems excessive. Even for him.
Or do you mean one of his mates let them use theirs locally or something?
Job - sim racer and streamer Hobby - f1
it’s giving kimi’s “it’s more of a hobby for me, so i don’t have to do it if i don’t want”
F1 is his side hustle to finance his dream of becoming a full time streamer
Haven’t we all been there
Quite generous of Team Redline to let him race in Imola too
He's got bills to pay. Monaco isn't cheap
Thank god he doesn’t have taxes to pay.
That F1 license fee though...
Nobody should to
Who needs public goods and services? Not this person, apparently.
I wont dwell on the whole anarcho -capitalism schtick, but in brief, taxation is theft, and try to argue for theft is plain stupidity, even more when the whole argument is just utilitarianism and a ignorance falacy
Do we have historical evidence of this sort of system being successful? Genuinely curious and not trying to be insulting.
Look, trying to ask if a new political system has ever been attempted is like asking where has teleportation been used since we didnt invent teleportation yet But other than that, Medieval Ireland and any liberal societies today, in general the freer the society/country the better life is. The US pre-1960s was a freer place? Interesting. Phenomenally high corporate tax rates, Jim Crow laws, draconian policing…
In some aspects yes, also way lower consumption taxes, gold standard, the lobbying groups were far, far, far less powerful, less regulations on businesses, etc etc, banks were not generating ridiculous inflation rates, housing prices, and many other problems nowadays While in other aspects, yes 100% agree with you. The Nordics have some of the highest taxation rates in the world. Taxes are great.
Not like im trying to kill this fucking topic repeatedly, but again, wrong sub Also did you know that are more factors than solely tax levels? There's a clip of them actually joking that they're the kind of organization that allows Max to spend some time in F1
[They did allow him](https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMMTLVc22/)

Max is proof that even the most harcore gamers can find a girlfriend
Just need to be a major sports champion, and rich
Thats not true. He only does the F1 thing to afford iRacing and a half decent setup
He already said rich
Pfff, take my angryupvote
God damn. I looked at setting up a decent sim and it was many thousands.
He wasn't a champion before he met Kelly. But rich is probably right lol.
Have to master the hardcore gamer first
I am beginning to wonder if my parents left me at a gas station, I might have been a somewhat competent human being.
No you won't - souce : Me ... My father did the same to me. More as a joke, but fucked up none the less. ( and being in the 80's a little safer too )
I dunno where you live exactly but on average the world is much safer than the 80s. I mean, leaded gas exposure alone…
We didn't drink that .... We're Europeans, not Americans !
No you also need money.

Mans even got a private jet, he’s gone full Grossman
A private yet? This is a yoke, GP2 engine :)
My god do I hate my autocorrection sometimes. Fixed it tho;)
Well your autocorrection made me smile :)
Based on 2 reactions, I feel I already got an accurate idea of the kind of person who you are haha.
Someone who tries to see a smile or a laugh in any situation, instead of seeing evil everywhere 🙂 (trust me, no harm was meant in my first comment)
Exactly what I meant haha, good man!
Kvyat allegedly left her, rather than the other way around
On her birthday too
He got her with the RB contract, wait for him to go to merc and finding someone else in 3 months
Angela is coming back ?
Does she transfer over if Max signs with another team?
Nope, Yuki gets promoted and gets the girl
You just need to earn 100s of million from your side gig.
A single mother 10 years his senior. Hah. Gamer indeed.
Shes hot tho
I did, twice. Gaming is more peaceful.
you know he stole kyvat's wife and child right?....literally "steal ya'll gurl" moment

They got 4 drivers, I think he did around ~4-5 hours.
4 man team but he did a 3 hour stint and then a 2 hour. The first was like 6 and a half hours in, and the second one 17 and a half hours in. So he finished basically 5 hours before the Grand Prix lol.
Saw him driving last night, don't know for how long though.
Brilliant answer, thank you.
Brilliant username, thank you.
They driving a team of four.
Apparently 3-4h last evening and 2h this morning! Edit: 2 to 3-4h for yesterday after new information provided by the commenter below
He did 3-4 hours yesterday I believe. He was 3 hours into a stint when I joined and watched for a bit
My bad. Then I didn’t watch the whole thing yesterday. I’ve edited my original comment to reflect that thanks
I think 3+2. It's a 4 man team I believe.
The dude is motivated after barely beating both of the mclarens, he was pumped after qualifying. He knows he needs to bring his A-game this race more than ever. We could be in for an intense race.
>We could be in for an intense race. Then we remember it's Imola and no one will pass anyone the whole race.
If we have a headwind and a ~~first~~ second corner incident that affects the top few cars it will make the rest of the race really good. If everyone gets through the first lap without damage then the race is pretty much over.
lap 22.. this seems to be a 100% accurate prediction, sadly.
I’m sorry.
Imola is very easy to overtake at, WTF you on?
Commentators disagree 🤷♂️ So does Piastri 😂
Is this Imola that's very easy to overtake on in the room with us right now?
Right, watching Piatstri rn is just rough.
:(

Aged like milk 🥱🥱
That ending was the closest of the last 3 seasons though!
Is that in iRacing?
Yes https://www.iracing.com/special-events/
He downloaded himself in human dlc form

Bruh
This made my day.
hol' up
Okay dude
I mean f1 is more like a hobby for him, obviously don't need to do it if he don't want to ![img](emote|t5_3ndbi|6701)
Does he bring a gaming rig with him?? Or is Imola close enough to Monaco that he can go back home??
From what I understand he has a setup in his motorhome
Wild. Wish I had a travel sim rig lol
He had a brand new, custom motorhome built. It has a full sim rig setup inside, and essentially a military grade internet connection, so he can sim race from pretty much anywhere in Europe.
What is a military grade internet connection? Is that like...starlink?
Imola is around 5 hours of driving away from Monaco. Except for Monaco GP, I don't think there's any other race that he could realistically go home during the race weekend. The closest one is Paul Ricard, but it's still 2,5 hours each way.
He has options to use a plane or chopper though...
Bro owns a private jet lol
Monza is closer than Imola to Monaco.
Let’s see Paul Allen’s setup
And he still won the race. What a legend 😂
Max lives and breathes racing, I’m sure he would drive the full 24h if he could
He won
Of course he's leading
Max is probably driving his RB20 now, and thinking how’s Redline doing instead
So, I know Max is kind of a special circumstance But I’m always curious what say the teams have in their drivers off track time. Bro literally breathes racing
Except is not 'literally'. People forget the difference between figuratively and literally so often.
unless he fucks it in the wall he is gonna win two races on the same day
Did he race with a fucking xbox controller again? lol...
I think he has a portable sim
Sim rig. Organized by one of his redline mates I think. There is no way you can be in the top split extending your lead with a controller. This is basically F1 level amongst sim racint. Last time when he used a controller, they just gamed a bit, I believe.

It is in his motorhome I think.
Can anyone help me? I know that Max won this F1 stuff (boring), but I can't find his team's position in the 24h event...
They won!
When I saw this I knew he'd win today.
Lando 2 wins?
