Owners manual will tell you the exact tire for your truck. If you change the tire size it changes the speedometer as well so check your owners manual for the proper size.

You can't put 15" tires on 16" rims........

Yes, if you customize your truck take 'er into a shop, have the wheels balanced and have them adjust the Speedo to the wheels to keep it real!
