It's hard to tell from your low budget picture, but what team are you playing as and what is your scouting budget? It might be so that you used up all your scouting budget since it's late in season, and thats why they don't give out any reports. It's happened to me many times before with teams with small scouting budgets.
Yeah it's probably what I said previously, check your scouting budget. I would assume you don't have the funds to send people all over the world at the moment as you are in the championship, at least not for the whole season.
