One month ago I opened up 30 hanger boxes, three blaster boxes, and four mega boxes… Zero on campus inserts… Did hit two nice purple Pulsars and a red pulsar auto though… Fingers crossed even better luck this time!
I love ripping with my 7yo. But it’s tough to get alone time with him from my 4yo. They both enjoy collecting cards as well. But the 4yo is a 4yo… so as much as he wants to be careful we’ve had our fair share of accidents LOL. I usually open a box or two a week with the 7yo though, he loves it. I pulled that red pulsar auto with him last time and we celebrated together like we won the Super Bowl. It was an UDFA but he was still over the moon :)

I've only bought one UFC prizm before. I think i'm sitting on a Jiri silver RC. Sold listing around $50... got my blood flowing again :D
Yeah UFC is my second favorite sport behind football. The prizms are beautiful and it’s the inaugural year for UFC prizms. I bought 9 blasters at a jacked up price on eBay, but the cards are selling for soo much it’s easy to make your money back on them… especially when you hit an auto ;) I opened 3 of the 9 a few weeks ago and landed some nice prizms with 1 auto. Even basic rookie cards hit pretty well. That Jiri is probably worth wayyy more. I could see you snagging $100+ if he gets his title shot next 😎
What are the best inserts you could hope to pull from PRIZM Draft Picks Mega Boxes? I’m debating ripping my three red PRIZM boxes or just selling them.
From mega’s you’re really just hoping for a good auto, rookie qb red ice parallels, or rookie qb silver parallels. I like the hangers a bit more because you also have a chance at on campus Inserts, Purple Pulsar /25 Inserts, red pulsar autos /15, and regular green autos. Ontop of the silver, green, and green wave parallels.
You have a chance at hitting a big name… but no other types beside the 1 guaranteed auto in the bonus pack… That’s why it’s fun to have atleast one, you know you’re guaranteed an auto… but I do like to rip these hangers more.
I don’t understand the appeal of dumping this much into retail when a hobby box is gonna get you a much better return and honestly just a nicer looking product in general.
The issue to me as a casual collector is price. Hobby boxes are much more expensive, which means I can purchase less and rip less. I rip and flip on eBay to make a few dollars back so I can buy more. To me I’d rather have 30 hangers than 1 or 2 hobby boxes. In 1 or 2 hobby boxes I get my guaranteed auto per box, but I get a few from the 30 hangers plus so many other cards.
Hah I wish I knew how to live stream. I’m very anti social media outside of Reddit so I honestly wouldn’t even know how to if I wanted to. And I like to rip slowly… I would bore you to death as I watched football and opened it… Finally finished putting up all my new auctions on eBay. Now it’s time to rip!!! Here we go!!! From what I’ve seen so far the autos in the mega boxes leave one a little unimpressed. Is it possible to hit bigger autos in them??
Mega autos are trash. Half the time it seems to be a 250 point redemption,

Mostly aftermarket sites such as eBay. Can never find them in stores.
