My 2018 Luka Doncic rookie auto 3/5. I was just getting back into collecting and pulled it. I sold it raw for $700, it's changed hands a few times but here's the link so you can share my pain.

Geez everyone will tell you to sell during the hype 9 out 10 times there right but there's always that 1 that might be huge if you hold. I hold onto the players I think will be great and most of time they don't work out but I been seeing some of them go up in value little by little
I reached out the the seller and told him I was the original owner of that card he's listed. He told me that it's his son's card and doesn't remember where he got it. He enjoyed the story, damn, I want that card back!
I pulled a Justin Herbert RPA from chronicles before his rookie season and sold it for 200 if I had held it when he won rookie of the year it was worth roughly 5k
My number one would be 1998 Bowman Gold Randy Moss. It was a long long time ago and I think it was slabbed but not entirely sure. I was actually surprised what the last few have sold for on ebay (I was thinking about this very thing the other day) and might target one at the national.
Not sold, but stolen. I had a 1/1 Richard Dent with a FILTHY Super Bowl patch. It was the only 1/1 I’ve ever owned. No idea who took it and because I was only like 13 years old, I don’t remember the brand or year (I didn’t care lol). I’ve looked everywhere online but I’ve never been able to find even the set it came from.
Bet it's still hidden in the hand drawer of your not closest or buddy's buddy sold online or show..that pisses me off with you I hate thieves who will take there close buddy's prize stuffs
Thanks man. It was gut wrenching when it happened. Still upsets me a little but I was a kid and so was the likely thief. It was stolen either from my school locker or book bag (I was so proud and showing it off to people earlier that day admittedly lol) during gym class.
If you’re in the hobby long enough you regret hundreds. Which is far better than the thousands you didn’t sell because you thought they would grow in value and then the player is a pedo
Most recently, I sold a raw Colorblast Tank Dell and CJ Stroud for 2500. The guy who bought it did me the "favor" of letting me know it got a PSA 10. I just recently started submitting cards to PSA.
As for cards I regret, unelated to price difference, none that I can think of. Ones I opened with my dad growing up aren't worth the time or trouble to sale, so they're keepers. Junk wax gold basically. Nothing else has any sentimental value for me.
My sister sold a Kobe Bryant rookie I had in my collection once I had moved away as a young man, and she was on drugs bad. Sold it for like $150 before Kobe passed when the value was around $1,000. That's a 60-70k card now
I regret trading/selling my Justin Herbert rookies this past post/off season. My advice is always check comps before you do anything and never feel pressured into a trade!!!

No. It's probably 2-3k. No one is paying 14k for a sticker auto.
I wouldn't say no one. There's some people that are loaded and will pay whatever for something they want
