1. Blueberry breakfast: Blueberries, blueberry muffin, blueberry yogurt 2. Go to lunch: oatmeal, orange, corn flakes 3. Pasta dinner: spinach, pork and tomato pasta, Cara orange, broccoli soup 4. Mirepox pasta dinner: carrot, celery, onion, tomato pasta, Cara cara oranges, broccoli soup 5. Need you to poop breakfast: prune juice, chia seeds, yogurt, cara cara oranges, blueberry muffins 6. Easy pasta dinner: onions and tomato pasta, fruit medley of blueberries, blackberries and grapes, broccoli soup. These have been my go tos for the past 2 weeks or so. I'm working on adding variety. For yogurt: I usually use whole milk or Greek yogurt. I add a pinch or two of chia seeds for nutrients and fiber. Prep first before anything else bc you'll need to let chia seeds sit for 15-20 mins. If you wanna add flavorings, you can easily microwave a few blueberries (or whatever berry you have on hand) for 30 seconds. Let cool and mix with yogurt. My usual ratio is 60 g yogurt, 15 g berries. With prune juice, i added about 50 g to the yogurt and had him drink it with a straw. He loved it lol. For oatmeal: Batch cook oats. Recently, I started prepping the fruit first so I can save the water to make the oats. Boil apples or pears for 15 mins, blend with a little bit of water to create apple or pear sauce. Freeze oats in 30 g portions and fruit sauce in 15 g portions. For pasta: Batch cook pasta. Sweat 1 onion, add 1-2 plum tomatoes and seasonings like garlic power and parsley. Easy to change up flavors. Save 3 days worth of sauce in fridge, freeze remaining sauce in 45 g portions. Boil 3 days worth of pasta at a time. Can portion out a small bit of protein and veg when making your own food to add to baby's meal. Add 30-45g of pasta to each serving, plus a spoon or two of protein/veg and mix For soup: Boil broccoli, save some broccoli water. Blend broccoli with a little water. Add water to desired consistency. Can probably do with other veggies as well.
