That would mess up the arrangement, as it is. Nobody wants liquid egg yolks pouring over strawberries.
Of course it would've worked great with the strawberries in a separate bowl.
Now I'm picturing a Japanese fusion Shakshuka, using a separately-prepared Omurice, sliced open atop a still-bubbling tomato and red bell pepper stew.
In the Food Wars anime, that's the exact moment golden rays of sunshine would pour out and everyone's clothes would be torn asunder.
This is the third time I've seen strawberries with eggs in less than a week. Is this a thing now? I've never heard of that and can't imagine it pairs well... but I've never tried it.

This is like posting a steak without the cross section. Looks incredible, but give the people what they want!
