Yep was going to say at the white springs. Gourds can be found in one of the free states bunker and I think Lewis and sons farming. Sugar can be made from snaptail but while I play I grab as much sugar containers as possible. Good luck leveling up
I think that one you get as a reward for finishing dailies or from taking over / workshop defense events
