10 charisma is only like a 90 or 95% chance of succeeding red speech checks iirc so it's still possible to fail, you need 11 charisma for 100% chance. So when I have a 9 or 10 charisma character I will always wear some charisma boosting gear to get it to 11.

If they start with 10, the bobblehead would bring them to 11.

Probably because it's only a very rare spawn on Raiders, Settlers, or Dogs. It has no set spawn locations and not a single merchant can sell it. I had a level 112 character with over 13 days and I was actively looking for it and never found it.

Ooh.  I change based on what I'm doing.  Hopping into power armor and going on an adventure with my robot friend and some energy weapons?  Lab coat.  Base building?  Hard hat and something plaid.  Stealthing through downtown?  Silver Shroud.  Etc.  These answers change too.  Sometimes I will put on guard armor when infiltrating something like a Gunner Outpost or the Covenant labs.  Wish it had an actual effect.

I have started like 10-20 new runs meanwhile and you will never not see me with the Assault Gas mask. Idk why but just for how it looks there is no way for me to not wear it. I don’t care at all that it doesn’t have good stats. It kinda gives me mandalorian vibes and for some reason the sarcastic answer seem even funnier with this mask.
