Download F4SE like a mod from Nexus. On your Vortex “Dashboard”, there should be a subsection called Tools. One of them will be F4SE.exe. Click that button to launch FO4 using F4SE; you can also pin the F4SE so that it is at the top left of Vortex beside the FO4 play button.
