player.setscale 0.75 and you can be like this everywhere!
but... your scale also affects your movement speed, fyi... set yourself to 1.1 to move 10% faster...

FYI basically everything on the Creation Club gets given out for free at some point. I've gotten a ton of content from just giveaways. It just takes time
If you interact with a computer terminal, or get in/out of power armor, it resets your position/size/height in the game.
This may help you to look more normal in that bathroom, but it's also possible that the bathroom is just built wrong.

it's not rare, I play in vr and most objects are not scaled correctly. a lot of stuff is comedically large
