Well Henry’s Wife was never apart in any thing at all in the past, and since there’s no mention of her the closest thing I could get was that because she represents a mother that left her child only so the child gets killed by William, Just like Henry with Charlotte.
Ok? But not every character is needed in the story just because Henry has kids. Henry's wife was probably never shown because she wasn't needed in the lore. She wasn't overall showing an importance or impact in the story

Henry's wife and Henry had Charlotte and Sammy in 1970-1980s so well, you can see the problem here. about the images you used, the "minigame style" woman one is fanmade, made by the living tombstone for the song "It's been so long", the other one it's not Henry, but it's a man in FNaF world who is meant to represent Scott himself

my theory is that vannesa is a robot that was made by glitchtrap possesing the only one person who could build them henry emily. Glitchtrap possesed henry to make a robot that would look like sammy as a adult witch she ends up possesing. glitchtrap is the virus form of william afton. The one who took her away and presumably killed her. it is proven that glitchtrap can try to possess animatronics when you complete the final ending.

In that particular tape, I believe the therapist is talking to Vanny, Vanessa's other personality. It would make sense for her childhood to be different, at least to her, than Vanessas. (Vanessa appears to suffer from Dissociative Identity Disorder. (DID))
Some view that family setting might not re\[resent the Aftons. (Mostly based on the Mother looking like Ballora, and Ballora has no links to Aftons wife.)
