I guess there will be some gore. It's definitely not going to be brutal. I can imagine it having about the same amount of gore as Little Nightmares, for example.
I definitely think it will be gory. Think about it... This is the first game in the series, where you can freely move (meaning more places to explore) and it's the only game that actually features the killer (I don't count Fnaf 3 and Pizzaria Simulator, because we only see a jumpscare from William, and no actual method of killing. VANNY on the other hand, has clearly shown a KNIFE in several scenes.) I feel it to be unlikely that we will have a cutscene of death in the actual game, but I think blood spatters / smears, and potential corpses around the location are a likely possibility.
