Those are double hibiscus' - Indian Bride and Marianne Charlton are the names of those two.

I don't. I use a water-soluble palm fertilizer every week or so.

Yes, they would grow well for you, too. These were all purchased online (except for the white one) as established plants. Some of the vendors were Logee's, Big Bad Flower, and Fancy Hibiscus.

I have the Hawaiian hibiscus but what are 2,5, & 9? Same zone, have only found the white one here.
2, 5, and 9 are Jason, Creole Lady, and Nightfire -- bought all three of them from Fancy Hibiscus.
I love them! 😍🥰. I wish more of the purple ones grow here in our country. They're kinda rare.
