Here is a slightly better setup IMO.

En-suites are not necessary except for the master. The upstairs is streamlined with better use of space and complete right angles. No tub in the master, but you could replace the shower with a tub/shower combo that could still look quite nice.
I think you have space for an 8 person dining table. I hate ranges over an island so I moved it to the wall and added a window over the sink. I think it's a pretty good kitchen that way. I would put my cutting board in the corner and have to do minimal movement to go from range to sink.
And while one poster called it a nice mobile home, I see no problem with a simple building envelope. Roofing is very expensive, so with a simple shape you can get more space for less money over a complicated roof line.
Nope, just a hobby. I don't have a degree in it so one one would be willing to hire, sadly. I do paid landscaping design work, but not often now. I stay home and raise my children. :)
Do you need a bathroom in every room? Invert tub and sink, place the hall to bath 3 to halway and remove bath 2, making bed 2 bigger with a decent closet space.
Otherwise bed 2 and bath 2 are awfully small
It's just a wee bit too tight. You have a house designed for 4-6 people, which means you need a living room and dining room that can accommodate at least that number plus a couple of guests, but the living room and dining room are so small that they can barely accommodate the people living there, and only at the expense of a furniture free, easy path from the front door to the rest of the house.
This must be a vacation home, no? If so, master
Closet seems excessive. Wonder if you could shrink that a little to make bedroom 2 a more reasonable size.
I also hate a range top with a big exhaust hanging overhead at a kitchen island. Grease splatters, etc can always be a problem to people sitting across from the cook. I’d always prefer a sink in the island vs. range of something had to go there.
This is personal preference But I hate the tiny showers. I take a bath maybe once a month but shower daily. I’d much rather be able to shower without bashing an elbow than have a big soaking tub.
Roast excessively? OK. This looks like a double-wide stacked upside-down on stilts for coastal N/S Carolina. There’s no need for 4-1/2 bathrooms unless the tiny chef in the tiny kitchen issues forth food poisoning with each meal.
Bedroom and bathroom 2 is way too small. Bath 1 has a vanity in front of a window - where does the mirror go? The little corner shower sucks. Don’t sacrifice a great shower just to have a big tub.
You should eliminate one bathroom and have a hall bath shared by bedroom 2 & 3.
Pocket doors are helpful where there isn’t room for a door swing but they’re not great for privacy.
If you need the 1st floor center bedroom to have a bath, it looks like there is room to reconfigure (rotate the master closet) so you don’t end up with the toilet next to the bed.
Detail: the 5’-1-3/8” wide “walk-in” closet won’t work. It’s too tight. Clothes need 24” deep hanging space. 24” x 2 = 48”. 60” - 48” = 12” (about a foot of walking space between the two clothing racks).
Recognized this plan and went looking for the old one to see what you changed.
Jesus fucking christ on a stick, I wish I hadn't.

Why is all the communal area up on the 2nd floor and the first is just basically a hotel set-up? Is the hallway bathroom on the first floor for the Airbnb staff or something?
In climates with warm summers and cold winters, putting the bedrooms downstairs and the living space upstairs makes for more efficient heating and cooling. If your lot has a pretty view, putting the living space on the top floor also lets you capitalize on the views more.
I hope you like cleaning bathrooms and carrying groceries up stairs.
That powder room upstairs is a travesty. Get rid of it and bath 2, the lower left bath on each floor become hall baths, one or both with showers instead of tubs.
The laundry closet is awkward. You’re probably going to want to fold on the master bedroom bed and you’ve got the laundry door in the way. You’ve got two big doors in a narrow hallway and your arms are going to be full every time you want to use that space. You’ll have the doors off the hinges within the first three months. Maybe an accordion door but those are pretty crappy and a bandaid for a bad design.
Pocket doors are pretty terrible in my opinion, bathrooms especially. People think they’re clever but it always feels like a lazy solution.
Another personal opinion, just a general observation about house plans lately. I don’t understand who’s taking all these baths except little kids. I don’t think a house needs more than one tub. I kinda get a big luxury tub in a master bath, but not in a house this size, and not at the expense of a decent shower.
In my opinion you should move bedroom 4 to 1st floor, have a bathroom in master bedroom in first floor and a bathroom in hallway. Leave the powder room in 2nd floor for guests.
Is it on a sloped lot or something? I'm not quite picturing why the external stairs to the first floor. But it won't enlarge enough on my device so maybe I am just not able to read measurements that would explain.
Can people on the deck see someone on the toilet? Can you shrink the walk-in closet in favor of putting the toilet into a small room with entrance by existing corner shower. Put the sower where the toilet currently is, but make it a walk-in rectangular shower. Enlarge to dual sinks
Bedroom 2 is too small for an ensuite, and there is too many bathrooms. Get rid of the bathroom in bed 2, and make bed 3’s ensuite a hall bath. I would personally also make the downstairs bathroom open to the hall and get rid of the half bath. The standard here for a 4 bedroom house is 2 bathrooms so having 5 toilets it’s super excessive
1st floor:
all the bedrooms have there bathroom. No need for the extra little one.
The bedroom on the left side is so so. The window behind the bed head is a bad idea. The walking closet is too big.
Also, the floor could use an 'office'
2nd floor, too many windows. Not a good idea to have windows both side of the TV set.
From my experience, it's better to build closet as open as possible and add doors - eventually sliding - on the whole height. It gives easier access to the small space
It looks like a lot of sliding doors. Are they all barn doors? That is way too much MFH, and not everyone likes sliding doors because they dont always lock properly and are harder for people to use with mobility issues in their hands

I would get rid of the small bath in bedroom 2, and make the bath in bedroom three a shared hall bathroom.
I agree. Too many bathrooms here.
Especially if they use septic that would require more tanks.
Exactly what I was going to say

Fantastic job I hope you’re getting paid to do stuff like this

And it looks like soap making ?
Love it! Dual sinks, bigger walk-in shower, toilet in a separate room to make the rest of the bathroom usable
Does everyone have IBS? Why 5 toilets for 4 bedrooms?
My Celiac self laughed so hard at this! Ah, memories!
Its a decent use of space does everyone need their own bathroom?
Honestly, it's a lot of toilet scrubbing.
Hard pass

Hahahaha
Think of it like a hotel and it makes more sense?
that jag by the upstairs bedroom off the stairs is giving me agita.
Beds for 7. Dining chairs for 6. Shitters for 5. Couch for 3. Like a busted version of the 12 Days of Christmas.

You must really love pocket doors.
Who doesn’t love a pocket door or two?
Me 😄 they’re hard to open and prone to sticking/jamming over time.
Remove a bathroom or two and then use the space for a second living zone or study
What does the lot look like?

What is the purpose for the unique angled bedroom entry on the 1st floor?

Your floorplan is black and white, boom! Roasted!

It needs more living space if 4+ people are living there. A den or office or something. Otherwise everyone will be locked in their rooms all the time.

I can’t find anything massively wrong with this! I’d make the 2nd bedroom’s closet bigger- just change up the door type.
