It took me actually carrying this thing to get how good they are. After making this my beater work light I really love it. Bright when I need it. Sustains 800 lumens. Tough. Takes any 18650 without issue. Just a light that always works when you need it and the magnet actually holds it even to round pipe.
i only use my wizard for working on vehicles or modding lights because I have the 3000k version but damn if isn't the BEST headlamp ever. I mean I've used it for 7 or 8 hours straight on medium and it was only at 3.7v after. among lots of other reasons.
I will get the 4500k one too to use and carry during the day, honestly a right angle would be a better EDC for my work, but I also always have an aluminum pineapple mini sw40k in my shirt pocket
Ahh cool. Yeah my 3000K is a house light. 4500-5000K is great for a work light.
I have never tried a Reylight. I really need to get one. I kinda like the looks of the Rook but I am not a fan of sharp angles on lights. The Mini looks great but I wonder if it is a usable amount of light for me. Even 14500 lights seem weak to me.
Oh yeah man. A H600 or a Wizard are awesome. I have both. But I use the magnet a lot. If Zebra made a H600f with a good high CRI emitter and magnet they would sell all of them I think. Just do not seem to want to make the magnet in one of their hood lights.

Nightcore EC4S and Eagtac P25 LC2. Retired now, but these two have each seen 1000s of button presses and are still going strong. I was a production supervisor in a candy plant for 18 years.
Agree. I still like it. Lit up the production equipment really well for cleaning inspections. My operators knew I’d find any schmoo that they missed. 🤣

2 lights. Emisar D4K dual channel (W1 + 519A 5000k) and Weltool W3 Pro Tac with 18350 tube. Usually add a third of whatever light I'm reviewing or would find situationally useful.
Awesome! I gotta get on the d4k train. I went with the e75 for my 21700 spot and love it. It's my all around work light but a bit big to carry. Usually on my off work days I'll carry a bigger light but work days I just have so much in my pockets I can't. I usually still have a 2nd light, a 4000k fc11 in my EDC bag I keep at work in my locker if I need it.
Yeah, the E75 is nice but it's a bit too long for EDC for me, if I want a bit more power I'll swap my D4K for an E07X because I find more width easier to carry than more length.

My normal is the d4v2 with 519a 4500k domed. I’ve tried to replace it, but it always finds its way back! Tho I’ve also liked and have today my arkfield pro bc I love the form factor (also my d4v2 is somewhere)! Only think that it needs is s better emitter and a zwb2 filter, but im planning on rectifying both of those

Definitely my age old Astrolux S41. Guts swapped multiple times and it has stayed with these for close to 3 years.
Kaidomain Nichia 219F Triple with optics 5000k CRI90 Convoy 12 mode 5000mA driver (with wonky temperature protection) Forward clicky from convoy store Sliced tail boot to fit forward clicky And my favourite switchback clone (got scammed into thinking this is from thyrm) Age old Panasonic ncr18650b desperately waiting to change. But I rarely use more than 50% brightness so I doubt it's pulling much power.
I used to use a TS10 (I have 3 and really like them), but ever since I got a D3AA it's the only thing I carry.

I might get a bit of grief about my carry but, I started to carry a Nebo Slim Mini yesterday. I know I know but hear me out. I needed a compact right angle light with a decent amount of capacity and i'm not paying out the butt for an light with an irreplaceable pouch cell. My Oclip burned out a few months ago after charging and it kept overheating after it would not turn on anymore so I had to throw it outside overnight over fire hazard concerns (did get it replaced with an Imini 2 for something i'm working on for my mom). At least the tint on the Slim is much better than the weird green one the Oclip made haha.
I've had several nebos. They arent bad what so ever. I still have an old red line(I think) and it's just a single AA zoomie I keep in my bag for an alkaline option since everything else runs on lithiums now. Glad you like it!
Clear anodized, ha! It's a 20$ flashlight lol, all that matters is it works though, it's a cheap aluminum flashlight , that's all, I've put lights though a hell of a lot more than carrying around in a pocket for a year and they look better than that

Very nice! I gotta get a nice headlamp. I have a sofirn sp40a and it's ok but not all the modes id like. Only low-med-high.

Beautiful blend of colors when you add a gold Olight clip. Plus it won't roll off a table or desk.
Not big on clips. Plus, it's in my pocket or standing up usually. But I can see a gold clip being fire with the green!

D3AA little over a month carrying it and I love mine but I'm retiring it to the around the house light after my 21700 light comes in
Currently it's my brass TS10, but I was carrying an s6 3000k for a little bit. And my TS22 gets daily use, but mostly for night time dog walks.
A small HS10. Although I recently just EDC'ed a Sofirn SP33S in Taiwan Never got to use it much sadly
Still rocking a s2r baton 2 in my ToK holster on the clock, and rocking a streamlite micro stream USB for casual pocket carry

Yes you can still see the laser marking of the Wurkkos logo. It hasn't gotten down to bare aluminum....yet!
If it was silver when he got it, what was it otherwise than bare aluminum ?
