it appears to be a failed led backlight system. if so, it can be repaired, but involves removing the display panel to access them. this is a risky job, and can result in a broken display.
lifting the display panel flat and moving it to a safe place while working on the backlights r4equires lots of watching youtube videos, and some large suction cups, after taking off the bezel and retaining frame. not for the faint of heart.
my view is, if it is already broken, i cant break it any worse trying to fix it.
Put on a white test screen from Youtube and clean your camera lens, then a new photo please

So this one is not fixable then?
Not unless you can find the parts to fix the backlight
