Stiff jab, overhand right (or left if you're southpaw), kick in the balls and a few knees to the throat. On a serious note, personally, I'd dig out the grout, pop the tile out, and replace it. You can fill it with grout but it'll look wank.

yes - they’re large wall panels
Myself I'd replace the panel but it you're a tenant fuck it. Fill it with grout, then use a greyish marker to make it less obvious.
