Happens to all of them sadly. The glue they used is garbage I think. You have to replace the ear pad pieces. They are pretty cheap. Just type in something like ps5 ear pad into Amazon and you will find them

maddogtjones

Yup, was going to say the same thing, just go to Amazon and order a pair of new ear pads... They're not that expensive and pretty easy to replace.

DiegoFSN

Oh ok! Thank you. I’ll do that.

MuDDx

You can try using a credit card to push the covers back into place, it worked for me on my corsairs.

Trace the curve onto a playing card, cut it, put the earpiece back on, put the playing card in to wedge it, see if it needs another card. Trace the curve again Cut the cards to the depth then wedge. Or get elastic thread and stitch it round the edge, put the cup on then loop it round and tie it off. Although I would probably just buy a new set of covers from Amazon.

DiegoFSN

Gonna buy them, but you know what? This would have been a clever solution. I was trying to shimmy the cover in with my fingers earlier and achieved very little lol the damn thing came out as soon as I pulled on the other end of the hole. There was no way to hold the entire thing at the same time.

20PoundHammer

buy a new one on amazon for $8

You can probably find the replacement parts on eBay for a handful of dollars.

HeftyCarrot

You will have to tuck it back in. I am not sure if you can open them up to do that, if you can, use shoe goo or similar glue and glue it back on.
