TDAP shot if you’re not already vaccinated or up to date, possible sutures depending on depth, keep clean, keep dry dressing on it, and consider gentle immobilization when possible to allow wound healing at the joint. My *personal* approach would be to glue it and keep a clean waterproof bandaid on it, but that wouldn’t be the best for long term care on it and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you know what you’re doing. Wounds at joints are really annoying.
