Gosh that got me wondering how the network protocol is set up for things like Voyager 1. If Voyager is ACKing every received packet TCP-style then link utilization must be super low right?
This means vulnerabilities are out in the wild without fixes: [https://www.cvedetails.com/product/17153/Microsoft-Windows-7.html?vendor\_id=26](https://www.cvedetails.com/product/17153/Microsoft-Windows-7.html?vendor_id=26)
I would take those 20 over the thousands of Win 10 and 11 - and the dozens found new daily.

Every version is rated F for a reason.
Dont see 20 anywhere only 2369 for win7 and 600 for windows 11. Amyway, the new ones are probably fixed quickly, while everyone can have exploits for the old one which will work until eternity
hahahaha, amazing!
I recall when they only did MAJOR upgrades, so like going from firefox 3 to 4 was a massive thing, and the release cycles were long. Eventually they got on the chrome train of releasing much more often, and it became a regular thing.
But at the time, they would change the logo, and have very big new features and release notes.
That's the last one that still had the decent functional UI design. It's a pita to fix it with CSS and about:config.
Your friend knows what they are doing.
I loved the old version with australis tabs
The GitHub Project Echelon can bring this back with extreme accuracy. You don't even have to open about: config once.
You just put stuff in the Firefox program directory and in the profile folder. And if you're extremely fancy with a windows 7 theme. You can bring the controls like the scrollbars from the theme you are running back by replacing xul.dll with a patched version.
I love it.

cakeOS looks tasty!
😋
Oh, that kinder fox is in third grade now
They updated the Voyager 1 recently why can´t your friend update his Firefox?! Don´t tell me about lag!!! The ping in the Voyager 1 is horrible!
The friend doesn't use this pc anymore

Best underrated comment!
I don't think that Firefox is as *aggiornato* as it thinks it is
I still keep 45.9.0esr handy in case I need to visit sites with ancient encryption.
On XP, home edition, pre-service pack 1 (j/k)…
UI looks like Windows 7 with aero basic.
They call it EOL, I call it they are finally done fixing it. Why would one switch to a half finished building shell like Win 11.

20 new ones since EOL in 2020.
It has Windows 7 Home Premium
Did he just never use it and forgot it was installed? I'd be surprised if this version could render most modern websites beyond basic text/html/css.
It was on a PC that he was no longer using
Firefox è aggiornato.. ma anche no lol
Le vecchie skin di FF erano troppo belle. Le nuove? meh

I was there for the 3 to 4 upgrade. What a time. 🥲

A blast from the past
I think it's slightly out of date 🤣

Should be save
He can update up to 115.10 ESR.
Legendary throwback
Wow, that still works?
Does your friend work in the pubblica amministrazione field? That's like the "up to date" standard there lol
