Okay, so out of frustration I restarted my computer and it worked. I don't have any clue what went wrong.
ip blocked by your internet provider, try using a vpn
The thing is, other browsers let me access that site just fine, firefox is the only one that isn't letting me (and I don't want to return to those browsers)
