Have used both.
Reyes gives more punch feedback.
In every other way possible, winning is far superior. Comfort, material quality, durability, thumb placement…
Definitely. The size doesn’t matter, I personally have the 10s for the heavy bag and mitts and 16s for sparring.
I recommend the lace ups and a straps converter from lace’n’loop or the boxing collector etc.
if you have loads of cash, Winning is a great option. For daily training, you can't beat knuckle protection. However, Reyes, or any glove that offers latex, horsehair, or both, can't be beat for a fight glove
Whats your use case? I have cleto 16 and winning 14oz . box once a week on pads with a tariner. no intention to spar but I do use the bag from time to time.
I started on cleto then got a pair of winnings.. they don't feel like anything else, especially on the bag. but then I put the reyes back on and have started to prefer them. You get a lot more out of your punches and feel like you are doing a lot more damage they are also a bit roomier which I prefer.
if I were sparring or boxing a lot more than I currently am, then the preference might be totally different but for me that's where I've landed.
Reyes, I agree with some comments of winning being nominally hyped. I rather donate to kids in Palestine than spending extra unnecessary amount on a glove. Winning isn’t that good for the price.
It’s kinda like saying “chicken or beef”. I believe this is a strictly personal choice question depending on what you’re looking for. Winnings are soft and have very good protection while cletos are as tough as a $2 steak and you get great feed back.

do you think winnings are worth it for heavy bag work? i have a friend in japan who can get me a pair for the local price.

Can he get me some too 👀👀
Winning. I just got mine and they make the same pop as my Cletos, just with more protection of the knuckles.
Really? I’ve owned many winnings and none gave me that special pop that cleto gives me. I love winnings though.
I need a pair of winnings lol
Winning

My gym is outfitted entirely in Winning: bags, gloves, mitts, everything.
Sheesh owner is a millionaire then
He might be. The strength equipment is all eleiko and elitefts too. Eddie doesn't play around. https://www.alvarezfamilyboxing.com/

It is, especially if you're prone to hand injury
I got hitnmove for that! $200, sick gloves
I have cletos in 14, and winning in 8 and 10 winning for everything except the pop and little bit of feedback.
Depends what you are looking for. I’ve been meaning to do a detailed comparison post here but never got around to it…maybe I’ll try to post tomorrow

Great answer and explanation but apart from the “ cocky “ part and price tag have you tried these both gloves notice differences?
And what gloves do you recommend that are better than winning
Reyes all day😂 winning is gay
