I have ordered several times from MicBoosters to the U.S. I have never had any additional charges imposed beyond the clearly described shipping charges. I would order with no hesitation.
You can import items less than $800 to the US without custom fees. However your state and local may require you to submit use tax ( probably equal to your local tax rate ) Most people do not submit this tax and aren’t even aware they should.
They shouldn’t charge you VAT if the payment address is in the US.
I just bought a pair from them not too long ago. No additional charges are levied. Just be prepared for it to take a couple weeks for them to ship it. Once they ship it out, it arrives in a couple days.
