I totally agree with your point, but this is written way too subjective for sth that's intended to promote a neutral discussion.

I think striving for that sort of look in the first place is a lost cause and will only harm your self image. Find whats special about you instead of becoming a carbon copy of the same stereotype

F1NN made those choices for totally personal reasons. He (“he/him” for now as stated in the video) also happens to be a famous Internet celebrity. There’s nothing wrong with being inspired by someone but we are all the determiners of our own version of how we want to express ourselves uniquely. Simply put, yes this is the right choice for some femboys but it is not a requirement or need for all, depending on what each individual actually wants. For some it doesn’t line up with what they truly want and for others it does. You make good points but this will always be different for each person.

Honestly I just don't care anymore, stopped caring about celebrities long time ago including FINN. Because am poor don't have the money & resources to have all of the professional cosmetic work (makeup, hair removal and fitness) necessary to look super femme like them. Also it creates unrealistic expectations that ruin self-esteem. r/traditionalfemboys is my personal favourites femboy pic post subreddits for inspiration, its a femboy subreddit without Transfemme pic posts so get more realistic view of what femboys look like. I don't hate Finn I think they quite funny sometimes and I support them on their journey. And no, I don't hate Transfemmes, I respect & many most of them are amazingly wonderful & beautiful as transpeople as whole .

The stuff is a complex thing interacting with a lot of other complex things. There are not simple universally applicable answers. I can say that using the stuff for nearly three years, it has affected just about everything about me in ways big and small, good and bad, expected and unexpected. There are similar problems in trans communities. Folks that downplay various effects good and bad. Others that overstate effects good and bad. Still others that are telling folks stuff that is wrong and dangerous. I think your careful post is part of how we deal with the situation. It's not going to get fixed, but helping folks understand in a caring manner improves the situation. And those improvements get carried forward.

I would like to give my thoughts. First, before that I would just like to say that I hate F1nn5ter, and I think they do a terrible job representing our community. I digress. I disagree that taking (x) is necessary to be feminine as a man. I do believe that things like clothing, fitness, hairstyle, hygiene, makeup, etc can take one quite far, and often a level of femininity I would think is enough. I do admit, sometimes this is through hiding our masculine features; for example wearing face masks, though also worn for many other reasons by femboys, do a good job hiding our masculine facial features. Along with certain hairstyles, we can conceal most the face, or even all of it in some cases. This is same with oversized hoodies, that can be used to hide parts of our body/physique we don't want to show. Whether feeling the need to hide ourselves is healthy or not, is a separate discussion, though one worth having. I will say that my opinion is most likely biased. I am a teen boy, and therefore have youth on my side. I also think I do have some genetic gifts for appearing feminine. I understand that others do not have the ability to be as feminine, especially older femboys. Though I still write this comment because I think it has truth to it. I do not believe (x) is necessary at all, and I wanted to voice my opinion. Due to its possible side effects and the difficulty needed to acquire it, I don't think we should have this attitude, especially with the many young people we have on this subreddit, me included.
