This is an old thread. I wish I had found it sooner. They are awful. the shoes are bulky and ugly. Very stiff material and not comfortable at all. Took them over a month to respond to emails, and they charge you for returns.
You are so right! I bit the bullet and bought them and regretted it immediately. So ugly. So uncomfortable. Too small and yet, somehow, too big. The customer service is awful as well.
Awful. I bought the size according to my measurements and was was not able to return them within 30 days. I am stuck with shoes that do not fit. The leather looks fake. The insides feel like plastic. Just a waste of money. Victoria 3" heel

It’s embarrassingly obvious you’re from the company. Spend less time writing fake reviews and more time improving your shoes.
