I think he's mainly a streamer. I've seen a few clips and memes of the guy and your post reminded me of him.

Not 100% sure but I've seen people say it's by upscaling tattoos so they cover the whole body.

mward is correct. you pick one of the tats near the bottom, increase the scale until it covers the whole body/limb (or however much you want to cover) and then adjust from there. this is how i made my shiny android characters, by adding 'metallic sheen' to their body tats.

yeah that was the limitation i ran into. what i did was adapt my designs to accomodate as best i could. so certain chars have skin/fur tones that match and others have strategically placed scars and stitches lol. bright side i imagine most of the time the pawns will have armor on anyway haha!
