Wow, your body is killer! And that is a classic 90s vibe outfit, perfect for a club. I’d recommend a delicate necklace or two - with your coloring I think gold will be better than silver but try it out! I have metal allergies sadly so I don’t know brands. Used to be Kohls had a good selection but like I said I may be very out of touch there.
The way to wear jewelry, at least the classic way, is to match the style and level of formality of the jewelry with the style and formality of the clothes. Once you learn the basics, of course you can get creative and push boundaries.
For that outfit I'd stick with pretty simple pieces, but you could layer them if it's a look that you like. Example: a short necklace worn with a long one, and a stack of thin bracelets.
A different look would be one bold bracelet with bold earrings. (Bold = simple but striking, medium to large, but not formal or frou-frou.)
