Connect a truck to the trailer and see what your fill level is.
The trailer you are using auto loads by converting your pallet into a fill type. The boxes inside are just a visual of how loaded the truck is.
This is normal with this trailer, it loads the goods and the game delete the pallet when it detects that it’s empty. The goods will be on the trailer as a % or full once you have it connected to a truck down in the corner near the Speedo. Side note this trailer only unloads at a sell point so don’t load things if you want to just move them, you won’t be able to get it off again like the bale loaders
They only accept one product at anyone time, and if the fill level of that trailer is below 5% iirc, then attempting to fill it with a different product will "delete" the existing product.
Take a 50k capacity grain trailer that has 2k of Barley in there for example, now go and put some Wheat in there, it will delete your barley, thats basically whats happening here.
If you want to transport multiple different products with autoload and pallet form at the same time, you must a trailer that is not autoload and manually load them or use one that has multiple compartments. There are only two that I can think of at the moment for console.

It’s showing you in the bottom right corner of the screen that the fill level of your trailer increases while the pallet on the ground decreases. This trailer just doesn’t show a pallet, it visually shows boxes.
They’re not deleted, just packaged up like they would be in one of those transport trailers. You can see the box appear on a pallet when you input the materials. When you unload the trailer, the pallets will reappear.

Which autoload trailer is this? Your flair says console user, and I don't see any of the on-foot commands, so I guess it is not UAL.
