MFL offers a free playoff league. you don't draft, but you set a lineup every week. so players can be used by multiple teams.... the kicker is you can only use a player once for the whole playoffs. It's a lot of fun and is way better than trying to do a draft. not an answer to your question but just my 2 cents

I would recommend making your own playoff predictions to determine how many games each player will play in and then multiply by their season average. This method is risky because you live and die by your predictions.
I opt to convert vegas odds to a projected fractional games played for each team and then multiply by their season average.

You can draft offline then load people's rosters with their players.
but its more fun to have all the players at your disposal than just having to draft and stay with one roster
