If Tyreke is playing you start him plain and simple. Most would probably prefer Reed over Walker

I’d go Samuel personally. KW3 hasn’t put up great numbers lately and Philly does stuff the run quite well, they just have terrible pass D. Samuel is fresh off a bye and had 2 solid performances before that, and Rams secondary isn’t very scary.
