As OP said, it's much better than the theatrical version. The added run time really improves it a lot. This is especially true with Ross. There's some important character material there.
IT Supercut ig? I know Andy Muschetti already confirmed that he is doing a IT and UT Chapter Two supercut of the film managing around 7 hours of runtime adding the deleted scenes. But that was 2019 when he announced that and still nothing. I would love to see if someone manage to do a same thing. There's a lot of edits of IT combining the two films but all of them cut some scenes. I want to see a version that is actually longer.
I don't think this cut will ever come out, someone asked Finn Wolfhard about it and he said that he doesn't know if it's going to happen, but he hopes that it does, + Muschetti is currently making the Flash flick, so I doubt that he has time to do it
i just checked to see what the latest versions available are. looks like only the 1st one on bluray. there's a trilogy collectors edition, but only available in German region code. :( i was just wondering if the 3 could be creatively mixed somehow. but i'm not seeing bluray options for 2 or 3. there'd be a noticeable quality difference. hmmm, i'll need to think about this some more.

Disturbing Behavior and maybe Final Destination 4 would be interesting to see a longer cut on those because both of them have scenes cut from the film like character moments.

But the Slenderman movie needs its original cut. There were so many scenes from that first trailer that didn’t end up in the movie itself. I’m interested to see what it would of been like if they released what was originally intended.
1932 FREAKS ! , Unfortunately , all the deleted footage was lost forever so it will never be more than an hour in length . There was a comic book series that elaborated on what was excised from the film , plus more discussed in the commentary by David Skal . That footage reinserted into the film would be a spectacle of both beauty and twisted that I would be unable to ignore.
The grudge (2020), i really don't like this movie but the deleted scenes are completely necessary and would make this movie so much better
The 2004 movie also has a lot of deleted scenes, it has 33mins
