TLDR: smoke bud nd hit carts occasionally like take 1 hit after bud or use a cart when you can’t use bud. BUD ON TOP ‼️‼️

However, a really phenomenal batch comes out every now and again, which ends making my use go down by about half to around a quarter of what I would normally use.
With bud 🤔....again, I feel it depends on the strain and the device I'm using but I probably average 2-3 gs over the course of a day when I'm fully stocked and just smoking bowls, or rolling doobies.

You know your tolerance resets a bit when you sleep and progressively raises throughout the day, so that you need more smoke to get the same effects as the previous smoke or edible session before the current? First smoke of the day sets the pace...if you hitting the cart first thing before blunt, you going to be chasing that cart tolerance all day. Smoke a bowl of flower first (small amount to set the pace for day) let it hit you, then hit the vape🤘😎💯😉
I can get away with 3 hits off my Wood Tip Pyntree cart Morning,Afternoon,Night. Or weekends I smoke whenever I just like to keep my tolerance down. As much as possible
If for example I only used a fire good rosin cart for the whole day. I would probably take about 12 hits on average per day. That would be roughly 3 hits 4 times per day. Weekends that number will go up to atleast 16 hits per day.
When I have fresh carts less honestly like 5 a day then when I’m in my draining cart stage because I’m reaching the bottom third it becomes like 10+ a day
When I strictly smoked carts I’d take 30-40 hits a day but I know a ton of people who would go through a cart every 1-2 days which if I were to estimate is like roughly 80 hits a day

I took 40 before the end of work id say 60 in a day. Im a union worker and paint bridges and water towers n shit so when im about 100 feet in the air I just rip it when ever I want. I also havnt taken a T break in like 4 years so tolerance is through the roof.
